The previous tent had become noticeably too tight for the girls, and the first mild signs of stress as well as minimal deficiencies began to appear. For that reason, I transplanted all plants into Air-Pots today and moved them under the main light, giving them sufficient space, stronger light intensity, and a more stable climate again. Feeding was done with F-Max “First Kick,” a dry fertilizer currently run at an EC of approximately 1.0. The goal is a calm, controlled start without unnecessary pressure, allowing both the root system and vegetative growth to establish cleanly and evenly.

The switch to 630 W CMH lighting is already showing clear positive effects: more compact growth, healthy leaf color, and an overall more vigorous appearance. The plants are visibly responding in a stable manner to the lighting change. Targeted defoliation was deliberately avoided at this stage. The goal is to allow the plants to continue gaining volume and structure before selectively intervening at a later point. Growth is currently well controlled and not excessively dense. Nutrient management: The dosage of First Kick cannot be mapped 1:1 within the platform, as it is a dry fertilizer. It is currently being set to EC 1.2. Additional supplements include Silicon Treatment (F-Max) and SuperVit (Hesi), each applied at one drop, which likewise cannot be accurately represented on the platform. Vitality is consistently high, and the plants appear well prepared for the upcoming phase. A heavier pruning was briefly considered but deliberately postponed. The goal is to first allow the stretch during the early flowering phase to fully develop, in order to intervene later in a targeted and controlled manner. As of today, the transition into the flowering phase has begun — Flowering Day 1 is now officially started. The plants are entering this phase with solid prerequisites, both in terms of structure and overall health. Overall, a smooth and well-balanced transition from vegetative growth into flowering. FranconianTerps This week went overall solid and controlled. Plant development continues to be positive, with all cultivars showing increasing biomass, good leaf posture, and healthy coloration. The canopy is becoming noticeably fuller and more space-filling. Due to external weather conditions, the VPD was slightly elevated at times. However, the plants handled this well and showed no signs of stress. Irrigation was kept consistent and moderate throughout the week. Nutrients used are from F-MAX (Roots, First Kick, Enzyme, Silicon Treatment) in combination with HESI SuperVit. Unfortunately, F-MAX products cannot yet be fully selected via the GrowDiaries interface and are therefore documented manually. FranconianTerps This week went very well overall and stayed fully on track. Plant development continues to be stable, with healthy leaf color, good leaf posture, and a clear increase in plant and early flower mass. The canopy is now fully closed and appears much more structured compared to previous weeks. Environmental conditions were better controlled this week, especially regarding VPD. The plants responded very positively and showed no visible stress symptoms throughout the entire period. The irrigation and feeding schedule was applied consistently and appears well suited for this stage. Plants were also rotated by 90° on a regular basis to ensure even light distribution and balanced growth. On Flower Day 14, a targeted defoliation / lollipopping was performed to open up the lower and inner areas and redirect energy toward the main flowering sites. The cut was done slightly on the generous side, and it remains to be seen whether this was already optimal or perhaps a bit too much. Feedback from the community is very welcome at this point. The stretch phase should now be mostly finished, and the focus is clearly shifting toward flower development and bud formation. Buds are visibly gaining mass, calyx stacking is becoming tighter and more compact, and resin production is noticeably increasing. The top colas in particular are now showing solid structure with increasing trichome formation. Aroma intensity is building and becoming more pronounced. Light levels are currently around 600–650 µmol (≈27–28 DLI), which continues to prove to be a very good sweet spot without additional CO₂. Plants respond with stable development and no visible stress. The nutrient solution was kept moderate (EC ~1.8, pH 6.2). No significant stress symptoms observed. Slight cultivar-specific differences in leaf coloration and maturation rate are visible — which makes this multi-strain run especially interesting. Shinigami appears slightly more nutrient-sensitive compared to the others. She reacts earlier to higher EC levels, but remains within a non-critical range at this stage. Nutrient input will be adjusted a bit more cautiously for this phenotype. If stability continues, further visible density increase and early ripening development can be expected within the next 10–14 days. Many fan leaves faded from yellow to dark purple while the flowers were fully developed and covered with a stable layer of resin. The buds show a very nice trichome density with strong frost coverage extending well into the sugar leaves. Some phenotypes display particularly heavy resin production and a nice color expression. Overall, the flowers appear well matured with swollen calyxes and mostly orange/brown pistils.
