Sliverconstruct New run, clean slate, and another step forward in my growing journey.
After finishing the last cycle, I went back to square one: full teardown, deep clean, sanitize, and reset.
This time I’ve upgraded to double Spider Farmer LEDs, aiming for better coverage and more consistent growth across the canopy. I’m also stepping up to a 7-gallon pot, giving the roots more room than I’ve used before — something I’m excited (and a little nervous) to see play out with an auto.
The strain for this run is Cat Piss Auto by Seed Connect — a bold choice, but that’s part of the fun. I’m not chasing perfection here; I’m chasing progress.

Sliverconstruct Week 1 is officially underway and we’ve got lift-off 🌱 The Cat Piss Auto has broken through the soil and is standing proud, looking healthy and eager to get moving. There’s something about that first sprout that never gets old—it’s the moment where all the prep finally feels worth it. Right now I’m just letting her do her thing, keeping conditions steady and resisting the urge to mess with her too much.
I’m still very much a beginner, so this stage is all about patience and observation. No fancy moves yet—just clean water, good light, and a watchful eye. If this little seedling is any indication of what’s to come, this grow should be a fun one to follow. I’m excited to see how she develops over the next week.

Sliverconstruct Week 2 – Cat Piss Auto 🌱
Week two is underway and the Cat Piss Auto is officially finding her footing. She’s starting to gain some height now, stretching just enough to show confidence without rushing things. The leaves are coming in nicely—healthy color, good shape, and no signs of stress so far. It’s one of those quiet weeks where nothing dramatic happens, but you can tell the foundation is being set.
These early stages aren’t flashy, but they’re important. I’m still very much learning as I go, watching closely and trying not to overdo anything. Right now, it’s all about patience and consistency. If she keeps responding like this, the next couple of weeks should get a lot more interesting.

Sliverconstruct Another week down and this Cat Piss auto is officially hitting her stride. What felt like cautious early steps has turned into confident growth almost overnight. In just the past week she stretched upward roughly five inches, now standing proud at about 8–9 inches tall. The speed of growth is noticeable—each day bringing visible change, each morning a little taller than the last.
Despite the rapid development, she’s still running clean with no nutrients introduced yet. The soil is clearly doing its job, keeping her fed and happy without any signs of deficiency or stress. Leaves remain a healthy, vibrant green, with strong structure and no complaints so far.
This week marks the kickoff of Week 3, and with it, a small experiment: a CO₂ grow bag was added to the environment. First time running one in this setup, so expectations are realistic—but curiosity is high. If it gives even a slight boost during this aggressive growth phase, it’ll be worth the trial.
Overall, she’s looking strong, healthy, and eager for what’s next. If the pace continues like this, the coming weeks should be where this plant really starts to show her true character.

Sliverconstruct Week four has been all about speed and presence. This plant seems to grow a little more every time I check on it, stretching upward fast enough that I’ve already had to raise the lights again just to keep pace. The structure is opening up nicely, and the overall vigor makes it obvious she’s happy in her environment.
This week marked the first real feeding. I introduced nutrients slowly to see how she’d respond—1 ml each of Vivosun Base A and Base B, along with 1 ml of Cal-Mag. So far, she’s taken it in stride with no negative reaction, just continued strong growth and healthy-looking foliage.
What really stands out, though, is the smell. For a plant that’s still firmly in vegetative growth, the odor is shockingly strong already. Each time I open the tent, it’s impossible to ignore—sharp, pungent, and promising. If this is any indication of what’s coming, flowering is going to be loud.
At this point, everything feels dialed in. Growth is steady and fast, leaves are vibrant, and the plant seems eager to move into the next phase. Week four feels like the calm before the storm—the moment where veg momentum is peaking and preflower is right around the corner.

Sliverconstruct She’s stretching with purpose, stacking pistils everywhere, and finally showing that “okay, I know what I’m doing now” energy. Bud sites are popping from top to bottom, not just the mains. She’s got that open, airy structure that autos seem to love when you don’t overdo them.
I’m keeping nutrients intentionally low at this stage. Autos don’t need to be force-fed, and I’d rather let her cruise comfortably than chase numbers and stress her out. Right now it’s all about balance — steady light, gentle feed, and letting her do her thing.
She looks a little sad in these photos, but that’s just timing — she’s due for water and always perks right back up after a drink. No panic here. Leaves are still holding decent color, stems are strong, and flower development is moving right along.
What I’m really watching now is how she fills in over the next couple weeks. If she keeps stacking like this, we’re in for some long, funky colas with that unmistakable Cat Piss attitude.
Flower is in full swing now. From here on out, it’s patience, consistency, and letting nature flex.
More updates coming soon — this one’s just getting interesting.

Sliverconstruct The stretch is still on, long branches reaching outward as fresh pistils stack up and down every node. Bud sites are forming fast now—bright white, evenly spaced, and full of promise. Light cuts clean through the canopy, landing right where it needs to. Everything feels intentional.
Leaves are relaxed, color is steady, and there’s zero drama. The kind of calm that tells you the plant is happy.
This week I adjusted nutrition to match her pace: Base A at 1 ml, Base B at 2.5 ml. Nothing forced—just responding to what she’s asking for as flower settles in.
The funk hasn’t fully arrived yet, but if you know this strain, you know it’s coming.
Week two is all structure and setup.
The real show is right around the corner

Sliverconstruct Week 3 of flower and things are officially getting real in the tent.
She’s stretched herself out like she owns the place—long arms, confident posture, zero shame. The vertical push has slowed just enough to let the real work begin, and now every node is stacking with purpose. Bud sites are no longer “ideas”… they’re commitments.
Pistils are firing off in all directions—bright white, fresh, and abundant. It’s that unmistakable sign we’ve crossed from flowering into building. Sugar leaves are already dusted like someone spilled powdered sugar too early, and honestly? Not mad about it.
Structure-wise, she’s open and airy, letting light hit deep into the canopy. No claustrophobia here. Airflow is smooth, leaves are relaxed, and nothing is screaming for help. She looks healthy, alert, and very aware that she’s doing well.
Aroma is starting to whisper when you get close—not loud yet, but it’s there. The kind of smell that says, “Check back in two weeks and we’ll talk.”

Sliverconstruct Stretch? Basically wrapped.
Structure? Locked in.
Mission? Bulk up and sparkle like she’s trying to be seen from space.
Those once-dainty little bud sites have graduated into actual colas. You can see the confidence now — they’re thickening at every node, pistils shooting out like fireworks in slow motion. Some are already curling and turning that faint amber/orange, like the first leaves of fall showing up early.
And the frost… ohhh the frost.
Sugar leaves are fully sugared. Not “light dusting.” Not “cute shimmer.”
We’re talking trichomes climbing out onto the leaf tips like they want attention. Every close-up shot looks like it’s been dipped in crushed diamonds. The macro shots? Straight-up snow globe energy.
The canopy has that organized chaos look:
• Tall mains reaching for the light like they’ve got something to prove
• Side branches holding respectable mini-colas
• Airflow moving clean through the tent
• Lower fans just starting to hint at fade
Nothing dramatic. No tantrums. No deficiencies screaming for help. Just steady, confident progress.
You can tell she’s comfortable. Leaves are relaxed. No clawing, no drooping. Just vibing under the LEDs like she knows she’s on schedule.
And the smell? It’s no longer whispering.
It’s clearing its throat.
Open the tent and you get that green, sharp, slightly sweet punch that says, “Yeah… we’re halfway there.”
This is the midpoint glow-up:
• Buds stacking tighter
• Resin production ramping up
• Pistils multiplying daily
• Energy focused entirely on density
If Week 3 was promise,
Week 4 is proof.
We’re not at the grand finale yet — but the stage lights are on, the crowd’s warming up, and she’s definitely rehearsed.

Sliverconstruct Nothing dramatic.
No chaos.
Just steady evolution.
The biggest shift?
That subtle purple creeping in like autumn rolling through the canopy.
Not loud. Not flashy. Just that deep, cool-toned hue sliding along the sugar leaves and edges. You can see it in the right light — especially where the frost is thickest. It’s that late-season energy. The kind that says, “We’re entering the second half.”
And the frost… man.
This isn’t early sparkle anymore. This is density. The trichomes are stacking on top of each other. Sugar leaves look textured — almost fuzzy — like velvet dipped in powdered sugar. Even the mid-level buds are frosting up properly now. She’s not playing favorites.
The pistils are doing their thing:
• Some still bright and reaching
• Others curling and darkening
• Calyxes starting to swell just a little more
The structure looks dialed:
Tall mains standing proud.
Side branches filling in.
Lower fans beginning that gentle fade that feels intentional, not stressed.
The tent has that mid-flower smell now — deeper, less green, more complex. It lingers a little longer when you unzip. Not overwhelming… but definitely announcing itself.
What I like most this week?
She looks comfortable.
Leaves aren’t clawing.
No wild nutrient drama.
No panic signs.
Just steady resin production and color expression.
Week 5 is underrated. It’s not flashy like early flower, and it’s not dramatic like late flower… but it’s where the character shows up. The plant starts telling you what she’s going to be.
Right now?
She’s frosty.
She’s starting to blush.
And she’s right on schedule.
We’re entering the “watch closely” phase now.
Week 6 is usually where things start getting thick.

Sliverconstruct Week 6 is official, and she’s clearly in the finishing phase.
The green is fading into gold, and those purples are coming in strong — deep plum streaks running through the sugar leaves like late fall settling in. It’s not creeping anymore… it’s established.
The frost is thick now.
Not sparkle — coverage.
Trichomes are stacked heavy on the calyxes and spilling onto the leaf edges. Under light, the tops almost glow. Buds feel fuller this week — less stretch, more density.
Pistils are curling in, darkening, and the calyxes are swelling up nicely. Growth has slowed vertically — now it’s all about ripening.
The tent smells deeper, heavier. Mature.
Week 6 isn’t flashy.
It’s confident

Sliverconstruct Week 7 has arrived, and the tent has officially taken on that late-season look.
The fade is fully underway now. Fan leaves have shifted from green to warm yellows, with deep burgundy and purple running through the veins. It looks less like a grow tent and more like the first week of fall.
The buds themselves haven’t changed dramatically this week—but they feel heavier. Calyxes continue swelling, pistils are slowly darkening and curling inward, and the frost is still thick across every top. Sugar leaves are coated, giving the buds that dusty, almost snowy appearance under the light.
There are a few signs we’re nearing the end of the road—some slight nutrient tip burn and tired leaves—but nothing unexpected for this stage. It’s simply the plant finishing its work.
So the plan now shifts to flushing and patience.
No more pushing growth.
No more trying to squeeze extra out of her.
Just letting the plant coast through these last weeks while the trichomes finish maturing and the flavors settle in.
Week 7 always feels like this quiet moment before harvest—
not much action, just the slow ripening of everything you’ve built over the past months.
The finish line is officially in sight

Sliverconstruct Week 8 has officially arrived, and the tent feels different now. The plant isn’t stretching or building new structure anymore—it’s simply finishing. Everything about her says the end is near.
The buds are thick with frost, sugar leaves dusted in trichomes like they’ve been rolled in powdered sugar. Pistils are turning deep orange and curling inward, while a few fresh white hairs still push out here and there—little signs that she’s squeezing out the last bit of growth before the final swell.
Color has really come alive this week. The leaves have shifted into shades of yellow, burgundy, and deep purple, giving the plant that classic late-season fade. It almost looks like autumn inside the tent. The nutrients are nearly spent, and the plant is now running on what she stored earlier in the grow.
There are hints of tiredness too—slightly crispy leaf tips and the occasional curl—but nothing alarming. It’s the look of a plant that has given everything it had to the flowers.
The buds themselves feel heavier and more resinous each day. Trichomes are thick across the calyx and sugar leaves, giving every cola that frosted, sparkling look under the light.
At this point the focus has shifted from growing to ripening.
Feeding has stopped and the flush has begun. The goal now is simple: let the plant coast through these final days while the trichomes mature and the flavors settle.
Week 8 always feels like the quiet moment before harvest. No big changes, just the slow final transformation as the plant prepares for the end of its cycle.
The finish line is close now.

Sliverconstruct The tent is looking like true late flower now. Buds are stacked up with a heavy coat of trichomes, throwing that silvery, sugary look from a distance and getting even prettier up close. The colors have really started to come alive too, with deep purples, faded greens, and those dry autumn tones running through the leaves. It’s got that classic endgame look — a little rough around the edges, but in the best possible way.
The structure stayed long and branchy, with buds spread all over the plant instead of just one giant dominant top. Some colas are chunking up nicely while others stayed a little more spear-shaped and airy, but overall the plant has a ton of character. It feels less like a showroom grow and more like something wild, resinous, and unique.
Up close, the flower is the star of the show. The sugar leaves are absolutely dusted, and the contrast between the purple leaf tips and bright frosty bud sites gives it a really striking look. Even with the late-flower leaf wear and curl, the buds themselves still look loud and photogenic. This is one of those plants that looks like it has a story written all over it.
At this point the whole tent gives off that final stretch energy — tired fan leaves, swollen flower clusters, and that unmistakable “almost there” vibe. She may not be the neatest plant in the world, but she’s finishing with personality, color, and a whole lot of frost.
Giving it about one more week then chop
Sliverconstruct And just like that… she’s done.
What started as another run turned into one of the easiest trims I’ve had in a long time—and honestly, one of the more satisfying finishes too. The jars are filled, the scissors are finally clean, and the room smells like the work paid off.
Final weight: 132 gramsNot a monster yield, but clean, solid, and well-earned.
The buds came out frosty with that classic structure—tight clusters, loud pistils, and a nose that hits immediately. There’s a rawness to it right now, but you can already tell the cure is going to bring everything together.
If I’m being real with myself, I pulled a little early.
Another week would’ve made a difference. You can see it in the pistils and feel it in the density—she still had just a bit more to give. Probably would’ve pushed a little more weight and rounded out the potency. But that’s part of the game. Every harvest teaches something, and this one was a reminder in patience.
Still, no regrets.
This run felt smooth. No major headaches, no drawn-out battles—just steady growth, a straightforward harvest, and one of the least painful trims I’ve done. That alone makes it a win.
Now it’s onto the cure—the real finishing touch. That’s where this harvest is going to either level up or stay where it is. Jars are set, lids will be cracked daily, and we’ll let time do its thing.
Takeaways from this run:
Trust the plant—don’t rush the finish
Easy trims are underrated blessings
Even a “could’ve gone longer” harvest can still be quality
End of the day, 132 grams of your own work sitting in jars hits different.
