Wizards Apprentice F4 Night Owl

syzergy this one really just started slow. she went a solid 5 days with almost 0 growth.

syzergy 2nd week was much better than the first. i really just felt like she was behind the entire first 2 weeks though.

syzergy things really started picking up this week. growth was great, very happy with the turnaround

syzergy i wanna say i saw sex around day 21. was a bit bummed, assumed she would stay small because of it. ended up being just fine though. gotta love stretch

syzergy no complaints. looking good, colas really stretching. canopy not as even as id like but they almost never are.

syzergy looking good, buds starting to fill out a bit. she looks happy and the trichomes are already blanketing her a bit. gonna be a good one i think.

syzergy week 7, this is when i started noticing the same issues as the previous plant. all of the buds started foxtailing off of the stems. long story short it was due to a high amount of compost that wasnt as aged as i thought, which was pushing N too hard in the bloom period.

syzergy not much to say, again. too much N caused foxtailing issues, buds were larfy and airy.

syzergy frosty af, but really shitty buds. my fault, not nightowls

syzergy same story as before, too much N, buds foxtailed, 2nd plant ive had this with. finally figured out the issue, but that did not help this one much. to be fair, the buds are frosty, pressed well, and smelled great. yield was just low and bud quality sucks. whats there is solid though /shrug

syzergy dont have any harvest pictures. i think i got about 4oz off the plant, but the buds were really airy and light. smoke was pretty decent, flower rosin was good, but not what i prefer. again, no shot against night owl, the issues were my own. i had too much compost that wasnt aged really well i guess, and i did a heavy compost top dress about midway through. just too much background N feeding the plant through flower. live and learn. next ones should be more dialed in.
