Grower_Tom Why did growdiaries take Gaia Green out of substrate choices? Oh well I guess… starting up another grow. Got these beans back in Oct so I’m excited to run another product from THCtitan. I popped all 8 (thought the pack was supposed to be 7👌🏻) since it won’t let me save this unless i put 100% success I’m sayin that’s what happens. With 8 beans I’m sure I’ll get 4 though so whatevs *update* planted all 8 and only 3 sprouted. Going to run some Freakshow along side the 3 that sprouted.

Grower_Tom Well the Freakshow never germinated unfortunately. They were about 3 years old and used peroxide but nothing worked. So we’re going with the only 4 Brisker I got. 3 look to be the brisker phenos, but 1 looks to be the OGKB pheno. Give it a bit more time though to see. I’ll flower all 4 regardless. I’m hoping for a full tent.

Grower_Tom Transplanted to 1.5g pots. Added 4-4-4 and Kelp meal. I also topped them. Only will have 3 Brisker because I decided to get rid of the deformed plant. So the back 2 I’ve topped to have 4 nodes and the front one is 5. I’m hoping the extra node will allow me to spread her out a bit more to make up for only 3 plants.

Grower_Tom Day 32 of flower I topped dressed for my mid flower feed. These girls stack really nice. 2 seem to be very similar while the one is definitely a different pheno. More pistols and fatter buds but less resinous. Interested to see the final results.

Grower_Tom Final week and maybe a couple days. They’re turning fall colors faster by the day. Been on straight h2o for this week and last. Turning my light down for the final week to avoid any foxtailing! The aroma is VERY sweet smelling with zero skunk smell. Since it’s making me add a nute we’ll go with 69ml of flush fml.

Rated

This strain has amazing resistance to heat and low water. It almost thrived under those conditions. Very impressed with the results. Now to wait and see the smoke quality and weight. I don’t do wet weight so I’ll wait until it’s dried in 12-14 days. I gave the 9 stars because of the germination issues. Breeder made it right and there’s no issues in that sense but I do want to be honest about my experience (possibly just a random bad pack). Would I buy and grow this strain again is what matters, the answer is YES!!! It was easy and the resistance was insane!!!I smell nothing but fruit and that’s what I wanted! I will definitely be growing more Square One in the near future!

Grower_Tom Finally chopped and drying! I cut water 5 days before chop and of those days the final 48hrs were darkness! I’m still amazed at the resistance this grow had with heat and low humidity!

@Grower_Tom, yeah, the breeder also says to cull them, but that's because they're not reflect the Brisker OG enough. But a lot of people in the discord are saying that while a little bit finicky, the pheno still has amazing terps and a very strong high. So in my opinion, it's worth to keep one of them just to observe and test

@Ganjin, which discord are you on? I’m in Robin Hood/ square ones discord as well as darkcoastseedco ? I’d like to see how finicky before I say yes or no lol . My plan is an organic grow and I want to shorten my veg time maybe a week or two compared to what I normally run. So I don’t know if that pheno will affect that decision? Ps.. good looking out.. this is def something I needed to know and decide now rather than later. I have to have this grow done by a certain timeframe, so thank you!!

@Grower_Tom, I am on Titan's discord, so the same as you. Just search for OGKB in the right corner and scroll through all mentions of it. There I gathered my information and came to the conclusion that I want to keep it, if I get that pheno in the future haha
