paetel Finally back from vacation and ready to start my first indoor run since 2013. I got the Titan F1 seed as a freebie and recently watched a video about the theory behind it. That got me curious, so I decided to pop the seed. Very uniform and compact auto with little stretch, should be a pretty easy and stress-free grow.
Using the paper towl method, starting 8 pm on 18.01.2026. 48 hours later and we have take off. 😉 Light runs on 10% setting with 150 µmol/m²/s measured at the top of the humidity dome.
24.01.2026: More than 72 hours after planting the pre-sprouted seed, there was still no visible breakthrough. Based on this delay, I suspected that the seed may have been planted too deep. I carefully removed some of the surrounding substrate to check the situation, which confirmed my suspicion. I then repositioned the seed closer to the substrate surface.
12 hours later and the seedling finally decided to show up. 😅
