Flacco Eazy Plug cubes were used, which were first soaked in water with a pH of 5.8. The seeds were placed into the Eazy Plugs and then kept in a propagator inside the tent, in darkness, for germination at a temperature of around 25 °C and a humidity of approximately 90–95%.
