sir_root 2/10/2026 - Germinated the seeds and moved them to rapid rooters this morning. Three plants, all from the same genetics this time. Got them in the germination dome, with low intensity continuous light and on a heating mat. All three seeds sprouted tap roots, so feeling good.

sir_root 2/17/2026 - All of the girls have sprouted up and become nice and healthy looking seedlings. VPD maintained between .6 and .8kPa. Just got my 5 gal fabric pots and just waiting on the super soil I ordered. Fingers crossed it arrives this week, so I am ready to go for transplant. 2/19/2026 - The little girls are looking really good. I have the internal humidity stabilized between 70-75%. Inside temp is between 70-75 F. I am using an AC Infinity AI controller, with a target VPD around .8, and a +/- .2 variation. I love the controller, but when you use a VPD target, it is really hard to get the temps up. I currently have Temp as a priority, at 75-85 F, but it just does not get there. Maybe my heater and humidifier are too small, but I only need this for another week. I also increased light intensity a bit, to minimize the stretch on the seedlings. It is about 40% of max and I think it is working, because the two seedlings which got the tallest have stopped stretching and the third one, which emerged later, is catching up and holding to about the same size. Speaking of which, I found out my super soil order will arrive on Monday. I am going to use 5gal pots for this round, because I feel like the 3gal were limiting. I am also planning to be a little less aggressive on defoliation. The buds from the last grow were pretty, but they were also kind of airy and small. I am also planning on not using any supplemental nuts for this run, unless something pops up with the plants that makes me feel I need to react. Dehumidifier is finally coming in from AC infinity too. Should arrive on Monday as well. I don't need it right now, but I will later in flower. Fingers crossed this helps me with keeping the environment closed up, except for the exhaust fan, and humidity under control. Last time, I needed to really open things up to let a lot of air flow through. Unfortunately, this also made my house get a little smelly, which I want to avoid this time.

sir_root 2/21/2026 - Started this week a bit early, because my hot soil arrived in the mail today. I decided to run this round in 5 gal fabric pots. I was able to use the same catch trays as I had for the 3 gal. Just enough to get the shop vac in to suck out any runoff. I wanted to go with 5 gal pots this time, because I am hoping for a bit larger harvest and to give the girls a bit more room. Made new drip emitters. I realized on my last run that the nutrients were clogging up the drip emitters. Going to try and NOT use extra nuts on this run, but if I do, I will mix and hand water them in. I have limited space and it was looking pretty tight with heater, humidifier and dehumidifier all on one side, so I made the decision to move the heater and humidifier into the tent. Heater is tucked into the back corner and the exhaust is pointed up into the corner so it gets caught by the circulation fan and blown into the tent. Humidifier was setup in the front right corner. Ran the exhaust hose up to the top of the tent and tied it in place with some plant wire. It is pointed to the center, but slightly down to avoid the exhaust from getting caught up in the tent ventilation filter. For the dehumidifier, this was a gift and I have been waiting for it to come on back order. I hooked it up in a closed loop system, to help primarily later in flower stage, but I wanted to get it all setup now. My hope is that this also helps me manage the smell coming from the tent, while also keeping humidity down. During the last run, I had a couple of weeks where I had to open the tent up all over the place, to let some of the humidity vent. This caused a pretty major stink through the house, so I am trying to avoid that this time. Dehumidifier is on a little platform I built, so it is raised up above one of the vents on the side of the tent, but also so that I can put a catch bucket under the dehumidifier, to catch runoff. Since the drain is pointed toward the tent and I am using semi-rigid ducting, just being able to slide out that bucket will give me more time between maintenance and also avoid me messing up the ducts, trying to slide the catch tank out. The dehumidifier is drawing in moist air from the bottom of the tent and exhausting the dehumidified air back in to the top of the tent. Since this run will go into the warmer months, I am especially concerned about late stage humidity being too high. I am not too concerned with temp, since my house has AC. It is always moderate in the basement where the tent is located. I am trying to run this veg at a bit higher temperature than I did on my first run. Using VPD to drive the controller and targeting .8 with a +/- of .2 I have found that if I set the temp range on the controller, my heater only runs enough to keep the tent in range on the low end. I was rather hoping for more of the middle. So, I have raised the temp mins up to Lights are at 50% and at 17" above the canopy. Day - VPD target .6-1.0 kPa, Temp preference is 77-88 F to promote growth. Night - VPD target .5-.9 kPa, Temp preference is 70-82 F Tent is mostly equalized now and seems to be holding around 77 F, 74% RH and VPD of .8 kPa

sir_root 3/1/2026 - I have not had to water the plants since I put them in last week. AI Controller has been great at keeping the humidity up, and a min daytime temp of 77 F. It has kept my VPD in the .6 to .8 kPa range, which is right where I wanted it. Lights are still set at 50%. I have not changed height, although the plants are now starting to get tall enough I will have to move them up a bit in a couple of days. Still reading DLI around 29 at the canopy, so right where I want it. Pot moisture sensor still says 41% from a peak of 54% last week, when I watered them in. I will wait until it gets to 30 and then give them a drink. They are looking really strong, bright green and growing healthy. I can't wait to see the time lapse on these little ladies. I can see the 4th and 5th nodes emerging. I will wait until they get a bit more established and then top them and start the manifold. 3/5/2026 - I am just blown away with these 5 gal pots. Have not needed to water them since I transplanted the girls in. Still 35% moisture. I know a lot of it has to do with my running the tent as such a high RH, but wow. They are growing fast and strong, expect to be topping by the weekend.

sir_root 3/7/2026 - I let them go a couple of more days to get really established, before topping this morning. These definitely have a stronger main stem than the plant on my first run. So wish I could manage some clones from the trimmings, but they are still too small. Hoping to pull some clones after the next manifold. They are growing strong. Everything seems to be dialed in well. Gave them another drink yesterday. 3/12/2026 - I have been getting more competent with this AC infinity controller. I didn't have it until maybe the third or fourth week of veg, during my first run. Having it now from the beginning, I have had a lot more time to figure out how to control the metrics that I am most concerned about. I have been running a target VPD of .8 with a +/- .2 swing, since I did the manifold last week. Plants are growing great and getting nice and bushy. Up to this point, I have found that to keep my optimal temp (between 77-88 F), I need to set the min temp to where I want it, with my main metric being the VPD. This took me a couple of days to figure out, because I figured if I set a temp range, it might try to stick to the middle of that. Today I decided to up the VPD to 1, with a +/- .2 swing. Plants have enough new mass after the manifold, that I think they can sustain it and now with more leaves, I want to drive more transpiration during day hours. My temp range is still 77-88 F, but since I made the change, my temp has migrated a bit more up toward the middle of the range. All I changed was the target VPD. This was a bit of a surprise, as I figured it would just run my dehumidifier a bit more to get VPD up, but it does actually look like it is trying to balance more with adding heat.

sir_root 3/14/2026 - Everything seems to be right on track. The branches on these plants are so much larger than my last run, it seems. I think this dehumidifier is making a big difference. They seem to be bulking up and I am getting far less stretch than I did in my first run. Moved the lights up a bit this week, but leaving the light level at 50%. I was trying to get humidity down in the tent during the day, but wasn't happy with the temp that was required to maintain VPD of 1. It also seemed to cause a lot of thrashing and competing between the humidifier and dehumidifier, so I just went back to setting a target VPD and min/max temps as the driver. Watered the plants again two days ago. Moisture in the soil from my sensor dropped below 30%. Ran the drip system for an hour, 2 min on and 3 min off, right when the lights came on for the "day". Will let things dry out again below 30%, before I water again. Loving these 5gal pots. The manifold has grown out to 3 nodes, so I probably have another few days to go, before I will start LST. As I said, I can tell that the main stem and manifold branches are already getting a little woody, so this will be interesting. I think these girls are going to grow huge! 3/15/2026 - With the huge growth in just the last couple of days, I started LST today. New pics uploaded, showing the size of the main stem and branches. These things are solid and I think I just got to it in time. Bending them was not too hard, but I could tell they are starting to get very woody. All the nodes are really close together, which I am attributing to my running this with more heat than my first run and ability to manage the VPD, without having to compromise on temp. Each main branch has about 4 nodes on it now. Nebula's approach says I should chop now at node 4 and 2, so I can let nodes 1 and 3 be my main colas. Since I just bent them down today, I think I will give them a day to adjust to that, before I do my second manifold. Since my controller has gone out on me, I have been thinking a lot about interior metrics on the tent. I want to build a model of transpiration. I will have to download the data and drop it somewhere, where I can setup an agent to grab it, but that will be fun. These girls are definitely loving the conditions. They have all turned up, since I did LST earlier. It took my last grow a about a day to kind of recover. Part of what I want to measure is how much the dehumidifier is taking out of the air to maintain VPD of 1. But I have noticed in the last day that it is running a lot more often and at a higher level than it was last week. I have noticed that the moisture level in the pots is dropping faster too. I have the chart for that data as well. I am very curious if I can use those numbers to establish a KPI for plant yield. 3/16/2026 - Finished the manifold work on the girls today. About 4PM Cut back to the third node, left about an inch of stem and cleared off everything from the second node. I was comparing photos from the last run to this one and the leaves are so much more lush, I can tell the dehumidifier is doing a great job and photosynthesis is doing it's thing. They are thriving. Also noticed that the humidifier in the tent was getting a lot of algae growth. It does not run much and I should have figured that would happen. Fortunately, I had some extension cords for the controller and power, so I rerouted everything to move the heater and humidifier outside the tent again. It was a good idea having them inside, but I think this will be better. This will also give me more room and should also hopefully prevent the heater filter from getting clogged up. I was noticing that some of the calcium left behind by the humidifier was clogging the vent on the heater. Now everything is outside the tent, so that should not happen again. 10:40PM: They always look a bit wilted after I do the trim. I was pretty aggressive in my last grow with defoliation. I think I am going to back off a bit on this run. They bounced back great and I an already see the leaves on the main branches coming in big and beautiful. You can see what I trimmed in one of my photos. That was a huge amount of leave mass, when I took those big fan leaves off. I should have taken a picture of just one of them. They are probably 8" across. I will measure when these are full grown. I didn't mention it, because AC infinity did fix the server issues with metrics today. It had cut out two days ago at 6:45PM and I thought it was me. I did factory resets, app clear and reinstalls. I was terrified that I was going to lose all this metric data. I knew they offload a lot of the controller tweak processing to cloud, but I was thankful. My analytic brain has some ideas for the data. Back to the point, since taking off those leaves, the dehumidifier isn't running anymore. I can tell they are in a bit of shock, but are doing okay, because I am still seeing solid CO2 spikes. These are more frequent than they were in the last few days. But now my dehumidifier is cranking away. So glad I took the time to clean it and do the equipment reorganization. Environment seems nice happy and healthy. Temps are also running a bit lower, but I know that is because the humidifier is maintaining VPD and it is near the floor on temp. Once these new leaves come in, I fully expect it to flip back to the dehumidifier running more. The timing of that will be an interesting data point. I don't think the leaf mass was what was driving the change in climate behavior in the tent. I think it was that I had one small opening at the back, where I had previously run the cables for the heater and humidifier. Now that everything is run outside the tent, I realized last night that I had left this one port open a bit. I closed it and the change was dramatic. Immediately, the humidifier stopped and dehumidifier is running. The little things.. 3/20/2026 - Ordered LST clips for the new branches. Girls have rebounded from the trim nicely. As expected, they had a couple of days of just looking healthy, but not much additional growth. That all changed yesterday and they are growing fast again.

sir_root 3/21/2026 - What a week! Girls are growing great. Environmental settings are right on point. Found a small bug in the controller software, where the humidifier does not come on, when the Night switches to Day cycle, but I can work around it with the app, so it isn't going to compromise anything. Did a little LST today, on all the new "main" branches. Started some yesterday, but a few had to grow out overnight for them to be long enough to work with. All the branches are really solid, I am going to have to stay on top of it, or they will get too woody on me and I don't want to be doing HST hard bends. Feeling good about the flat "table top" I have achieved this time. The main fan leaves are huge and I am going to have to be doing a lot more tucking on a regular basis. I think I will use the net this time. 3/26/2026 - I was away for a few days and came back to the girls in an amazing state. Granted, I couldn't help but watch them regularly. So glad I got that tent camera. Getting a bit annoyed at AC Infinity support. I know I found a bug, but I feel like the support guy is gas lighting me. Trying to say it is external environment temp and humidity. It isn't. I am going to save the updated photos for the week flip on the grow log, because it is so amazing. I am making a proper ScrOG net this weekend. The flexible net isn't going to cut it for these girls. More to come...

sir_root 3/28/2026 - I have not performed any defoliation up to this point, as I was trying to let them get as much food as possible and develop strong roots. I think that has been accomplished. Switching to flower today and did a little defoliation of the lower branches. I am trying to not be quite as aggressive with defoliation this time, as I expect the bud sites to be much more exposed with the manifold I was able to achieve. As the plants mature in flower, I will probably get more aggressive, but I didn't want them to get too stressed. Took off most all of the "lower" branch fan leaves. These girls are so flat, I feel like I just need to make enough from for the new branches to get some energy. I did note that while the main branches are doing great, the smaller branches are pretty thin. Here is too hoping they catch up. Again, I am not using any nutrients on this run. The super soil at the bottom seems to be doing it's job. The plants are healthy, getting huge and growing strong. For my one girl who is a bit smaller, I am starting to think that one of my lights isn't quite putting out the same light as the other. I turned the light levels up to 60% for the left light and 75% for the right. DLI seems to be around 29 for both sides of the tent now. I will let it go through a few days e and keep an eye on it to see if she rebounds at all. As for the light schedule. I switched to 12/12 today. My night cycle has been 9am to 3pm, but the new Day cycle will be aligned to more of my day time again. Night will start at 8pm and run to 8am, which should leave me with some better working hours. So after trim, the lights won't go out today, until this evening. 3/29/2026 - Took 4 clones off the plants today and got them started in rooters with rooting gel. Just wanted to see how it went. Girls are doing great and I am so happy with the progress. Will keep them on 12/12 and I am thinking of using some of my old PVC pipe to make as ScrOG screen. Have not done any more defoliation, but I will probably give them a bit of a trim later this week. 3/30/2026 - Gave the girls a thorough defoliation this morning. Took off as much leaf mass as I could from lower on the plants. Added LST clips to a few of the colas, which are ahead of the rest. At the rate of growth, I probably will be able to remove them later this week. Gave them a good watering and will let them rebound for a few days. 4/2/2026 - Minimal defoliation of really small leaves on the lower branches. Took a few larger fan leaves from higher, which were blocking bud sites. Removed the LST clips today, no more LST, gonna let the girls run.

sir_root 4/4/2026 - Solid week. Minimal defoliation. Shift the plants around a bit. Swapped the girl in the back right corner with the girl in front, to try and let them even out. I feel like there is something in the back right tent environment, which caused her to be stunted a bit. Other than just a few leaves, which were blocking bud sites, I am letting the girls grow. No watering this week. After I got the soil moisture up to 72% last week, I just let them go. Soil moisture is down to 30% today. Will let the girls go a few more days to dry out more, before I water again. It is interesting to see the transpiration rates. I can almost tell how dry the soil is getting, between the dehumidifier running and the humidifier. During the last week, when the soil moisture was 40%, the dehumidifier would kick on all day long. Once it dropped below 40%, the humidifier is picking up the slack on VPD. Also, it seems that this is working without my little Night to Day humidifier hack. Glad things are moving a long and parameters are stable.

sir_root 4/15/2026 - Was away for a few days, so I was not able to start my diary update this week on Saturday. Girls are doing great. One is a bit of a runt, but she has a ton of buds forming. I think holding off defoliation has helped. Quite a few bud sites further down the branches than on the last run. Did a bit of defoliation today. Took off just about every leave under the midline on the plants and a few larger fan leaves which were blocking bud sites. Will keep letting them go, as they are starting to stretch. Debating on taking off some of the smaller branches, but I feel like I should have done this a week ago, so I am going to leave things as they are. Raised VPD average to 1.2 at the start of this week. Keeping temps around 80 F. Girls are drinking water faster. Needed to run the irrigation, while I was away and it took 4 days for them to dry out. Less time than the last time, when dry out took about 7 days . Came back later and did a bit more defoliation. Removed all large fan leaves, from the bottom and middle of the plants. Much better exposure for bud sites now. 4/17/2026 - Put the net in today. Want to create a proper ScoGr net, but alas, this is going to have to do, for this run. I will post pictures later. Also, added the light I was using for the clones. They died when I was away for a few days. My fault, I forgot to have my person taking care of them, do anything until 4 days had gone. They dried out. Now this is a big box store cheap grow light. It is the old Burple style. I thought, maybe it will add a bit more red spectrum and help with bud development. I know, it is probably too low of wattage to matter, but it was actually keeping the clones alive really well. I should have removed the heating pad, before I left. Oh well. I have a friend who has two clones of these same plants. I know that the genetics will live on. I also raised the light intensity to 75%, moved the lights up a bit, and took a par reading. 25 umol/m^2 About all the girls can handle without supplemental co2. I did notice a slightly higher "red" spectrum reading, so I am going to believe it for now. I don't remember the exact value, but I will take a reading with and without the light and post the results later. 4/18/2026 - Did a comparison PAR measurement with and without the Blurple grow light. Definitely is cranking more red and spectrum, so I think I will keep it and see how it helps.

sir_root 4/18/2026 - Plants are doing great. Did a slight bit of LST this week, after installing the net. Not a proper ScrOG net, but it will work. Just trying to bend down and keep the canopy flat. So many bud sites forming! I am getting really excited about this run. Continuing to just use water with my hot soil base pots. Plants look great, no indication of nutrient deficiency. They did stall for a couple of days since my last defoliation, but not much. Continuing to stretch. 4/21/2026 - Been trying to get my new temp ranges dialed in on my controller for the last few days. Specifically, I am trying to get my night time temps down. My home is air conditioned, but the lung room is shared with a bunch of other equipment, so I don't think I will get the interior tent down below 74 F. Part of the issue is with the weather here. It can not make up it's mind. New Flower stage settings - Day - 75-85 F, VPD 1.2-1.4 kPa. Night - 55-65 F, VPD 1.1-1.3 My approach with the Night temp is to let whatever the lung room ambient temp is. It won't ever get below 65 F., so I just want the heater to never run and let the dehumidifier maintain VPD. At the end of this week, I am going to increment up the VPD again to 1.4 kPa, for 3-4 weeks. One more change, today. I turned the lights up to max and lowered them 3 inches. Reading DLI of 36 at the canopy now, which is right where I want it. I am not using supplemental CO2, so I don't think I can push them much more. Keeping the VPD higher, to force transpiration and help them deal with the light stress.

sir_root 4/25/2026 - Continuing to tuck branches and take off a leaf or two, when they are blocking bud sites. Buds are developing much better than my last run. I admit, I am struggling a bit with temps. I would much prefer a cooler night temp, but I can't get it down below 72 F, even though my lung room is 68 F. I may need to look at a small AC unit in the future. That said, during my last run with this same strain, I had much higher temps and humidity and things came out pretty good. I am confident this run will be even better. I spent a lot of time tweaking the controller settings this week to keep things as optimal as I can. Starting to lower daytime temps and increase VPD. Daytime: 65-81 F (Actual 82-83 F, but I figure leaf temp is 5 degrees F lower since I have LEDs) VPD 1.2-1.4 with a .2 swing Nighttime: 60-70 F (Actual 72-73 F. Even with my lung room being a bit cooler, I can't get temps to 70 F, where I would prefer them to be.) VPD 1.2-1.4 with a .2 swing. Adjusted circulation fans to keep them above the canopy. On watering, again I am running no nutes on this run, since I have super soil in play. No indication of nutrient deficiency. I find I am watering about every 5 days. Run the drip system for 1.5 hours gets the pots up to about 70% moisture, on the sensor. I am letting them dry out to about 30%, before I water again. The irrigation system, with no resistance can push through about 2 cups of water/min. I will have to measure the dripper output before my next run, so I can be more precise with estimating my watering amount. The drip emitters are rated at .5 GPH, but the pump can only push 7.5 GPH, so that should mean that in the water interval, each plan is getting about 3 gallons of water, in my 5 gal pot. There is some runoff, but not much. That means, half a gallon per day, which is not to far off of my estimate. Lastly, the lights are all at 100%. A lot of heat coming off, which is okay, but I think I may make a modification to the lights, before the next run to move the drivers outside the tent. Looking at how they are wired, this should be relatively easy. DLI is about 36. 4/28/2026 - Buds are forming nicely. Plants pushed out a few more leaves, but I can already tell that they are slowing down on that. Have not had to defoliate further, but I am watering again. Moisture meter is down to 30%, top 2 inches is dry and I want to keep water flowing through the system to see if I can fatten up the buds a bit more. I think I was too stingy with the water at this phase during my last run. 4/29/2026 - Noticed some leaves are turning yellow. Not the tips, but it seems to be coming from the stem and spreading out from there. Question asked and answered about it and it seems that this is the natural progression of the plan taking resources from less efficient leaves, which is what I figured. Still, I did a quick test on my res pH and found it a bit high. I am pretty diligent about treating my water with pH down, after it has gassed out for a few days, but maybe I missed a batch. It isn't going to kill me, but I have treated the water to get it in line now and should be good when I water again in a few days. Update for the day. Looking across the plants, while everything is still pretty good, I took a closer look and it looks like some of the top leaves are yellowing a bit. Just to head off any nutrient deficiency, I dropped 25ml of "Buds and Blooms" into the 4 gallons in my res. While I am not entirely dried out, I was getting down there so I decided to run the irrigation for 45 minutes to get some nutes into the pots. Will keep an eye on things.

Noticed a few of the smaller lower leaves on a couple of the plants are doing this. It is still very few, so I am not quite panicking yet. I am going to recheck the pH on my res. No nutes, hot soil. Could this just be the natural progression of the plant as it builds buds?

Hey sir_root! At week 11, seeing some yellowing on the lower leaves is usually just the natural "fade" as the plant pulls mobile nutrients like Nitrogen toward the buds. Since you’re running hot soil with no added nutes, she’s likely just reaching the end of the soil's fuel supply. Sulfur issues usually start at the top on new growth, so if it's just a few bottom leaves, it's definitely not a lockout. Just keep an eye on your pH as you planned, but it sounds like she’s just ripening up perfectly. Happy Growing, Growmie!

sir_root 5/2/2026 - Big week. I made a few adjustments, which seemed to help a bit. First, I raised VPD again to 1.4 with a +/- .1 swing. I just can not keep the tent temps down during the day to anything less than 82F, but again I am figuring leaf temp is less, so I am not too concerned. Since I added nutes last week to just try and deal with what looked like some deficiency, I am trying to drive transpiration so that the girls get everything they can for this last few weeks. At the end of next week, I am going to bump VPD again, to 1.5 with a +/- .1 swing. This is going to mean more than 50% RH, but otherwise it will be way to high and over stress the plants. I am running with VPD on this run, it is my key metric. While I would love to replace my lights for the next run, I have not hit the investment/oz metric I need to be at for at least a couple of runs, until I make that investment. Also, I think I am going to take a break over the summer. I have a few times when I will be away for an extended period in the late summer and fall, so I don't want to be having to worry about a run in progress. I guess I should have bought the Thermoforge heatpump, the temps are concerning me. Maybe it would have worked better, given my lung room is so warm. Well, lights will be a priority, but I have a solution to see if it helps before the next run. I spent some more time looking at the lights. The wire from the bars to the driver is very short. I will try and remove the driver, when I am in dry, and see if I can find a way to add a cable and move the drivers outside the tent. When the lights come on, the tent temp swings about 7F, so I figure taking the drivers out will reduce this quite a bit and allow me to maybe get to temps under 80F during day cycle. I am also thinking of building an outlet bank under the controller and backboard I put on the wall for stuff. Having all the individual outlets spaced apart will make it easier for me to manage power cables, know what is going where. It will also allow me to install a meter to measure how much power the grow is consuming. I want to start measuring this as part of my costs. Thinking something like this. Smart Watt Meter Single-Phase AC 63A 80-400V, Tuya WiFi Power Meter Energy Monitor APP Remote Control, Circuit Breaker and Leakage Protection. I can put it inline, before the feed to the outlet bank. Yes, this will go into my total costs, but I know it will help justify some stuff in the future. Like new lights! I think they are all looking good. Turned the lights off for the photos this week. While the yellowing in the leaves has not progressed, it has seemed to stopped. It has only been 4 days since I did the nutes, so I figure it will take some time for them to recover and if they don't, they don't look too bad. I also moved the lights up about 3" today. Some of the main colas are building up and I don't want them to be too close to the lights. Just keeping my distance of 15".

sir_root 5/9/2026 - Just tried to keep temps down and everything on metric this week. The plants have responded very nicely and the buds are fattening up quite nicely. Moving from a VPD of 1.4 with a +/- of .1 to 1.5 this week, to try and get humidity down and stay away from bud rot. I am not going to be able to achieve what I would like, which is humidity around 40-50%, but I should be able to keep it low enough to keep the girls drinking and transpiring, which I hope will be enough. I am going to try disabling Temp preference on my AC AI+ controller today and see how things proceed for a few days with just having humidity be the driver. Hoping this steers things toward the lower end of the range. I really can not wait until I chop and harvest, so I can start modifying my lights to get the drivers outside the tent for next time. Smell is getting a lot stronger. They smell so good. Again, the dehumidifier is a life saver. The whole house would be smelling up, if I couldn't keep it buttoned up. Still, the lung room is smelling so good! Pistils on two of the plants are about 40% turned. The other girl is taking a bit more time, but she is also the one with more steady green leaves and very little yellowing. I think she is just going to take a little more time, but I am now concerned about that dilemma. I was hoping to dry in the tent with the dehumidifier, but I may have to start outside the tent and then wait until all of them are chopped. Fortunately, my AC is working great in the house and so I should be able to keep humidity down in my basement, but I am going to have more difficulty managing the smell. Tricomes are still quite clear, even on the girls who are maturing a bit faster, so maybe I will get lucky. I am going for an earlier chop this time. I want to get them right before peak. I am confident I waited too long last time. 5/14/2026 - Decided today that I am chopping this weekend. Probably tomorrow afternoon, so I can trim. At least the girl in front is going. Solid chance I may let the other two go another few days, but they are looking super frosty and I intentionally am trying to harvest a bit earlier than I did last run. Pistils are probably about 50% red, so I think this is my window.
