GANJAT The positive thing is that the waste heat from the lamp turned up to 100% (100 watts) is well retained in the grow tent, even with a room temperature of 8°C. Unfortunately, the humidity is too low at about 35%. I won't be using a humidifier, and I want to avoid overwatering, so I'll leave it as it is.

GANJAT The plant is growing well, has a stable stem, and stays short. The plant is now 14 days old.

GANJAT Since the beginning of the week, the plant has been suffering from overwatering. The reason for this is the idea of avoiding dry spots in the soil by watering from the top and the bottom of the pot. However, since the amount of water was 0.5 to 0.7 liters, and that was just once, it led to overwatering. The plant has been drooping its leaves since then and is growing very slowly. Nevertheless, I started with LST and removed 2 fan leaves. I expect that, since I haven't watered the plant for 3 days, it will recover next week.

GANJAT At the beginning of the week, the plant recovered from water stress and is visibly preparing for the flowering phase. I achieved a bushy growth form with LST and topping, guiding the individual branches further to the outer part of the pot every 1 to 2 days. I've also been fertilizing this week with a commercially available organic liquid fertilizer.

GANJAT Die Blüte hat diese Woche begonnen und man verspürt einen leicht süßlichen Geruch. Die Pflanze verbraucht jetzt durch den stretch deutlich mehr Wasser, welches ich jedes zweite Mal mit einer Kappe Bio Flüssigdünger versetze.

GANJAT The plant is thriving well, and with defoliation and a bit of lollipopping, I'm focusing on evenly sized buds. The humidity is between 40 to 55%, depending on whether it has been watered.

GANJAT Diese Woche sind an den 3 höchst gelegenen Buds die ersten Pistillen orange geworden und ein fruchtiges/zitrusartiges Aroma entfaltet sich bereits. Die untersten Blätter fangen unerwartet früh an sich teilweise gelb zu verfärben, was ich nicht als Nährstoffmangel deute, sondern als Zeichen für die Einleitung des Endes der Blüte. Nach Plan sollte es jetzt noch 2 bis 4 Wochen dauern bis zur Ernte.

GANJAT The buds are getting bigger, they now smell strongly of citrus and are generally the same size. The pistils on the buds are 33 to 50% orange. The lower leaves are already yellow and partly dried out, as nutrients are now being drawn from the leaves. The upper leaves are also starting to turn yellow from the middle. Starting next week, I will stop fertilizing, as the cheap universal liquid fertilizer (NPK) isn't really suitable for the flowering phase, and I hope that the remaining nutrients will last for the final 21 to 28 days.

GANJAT The buds are swelling more and more, and a strong smell fills the room. To reduce the temperature, which is sometimes at 31°C, I installed a second mini fan at the top of the tent, which pulls away the warm air from the lamp. Since I want a sativa-dominant effect and according to my observation about 85% of the trichomes are already milky, I will harvest in 7 days, which corresponds to a total of 70 days from germination to harvest.

GANJAT The trichomes are now just how I want them, mostly milky with a small percentage of amber. From seed to harvest, it took exactly 70 days, although you could wait up to 10 more days.
