Mexicanasseeds Physiological and Metabolomic Management Report: White Kush Feminized Photoperiod from Mexican Seeds Company. Eighth week (Flush & Redox Cleaning) The biological unit has formally entered its closing phase. The transition to senescent maturity has been induced through the controlled degradation of chlorophyll in the fan leaves, ensuring the translocation of carbohydrates to the floral structures. The density of glandular trichomes and the oxidation of the stigmas confirm that the secondary metabolism has completed the synthesis of cannabinoids and is in the stabilization phase of terpenes. I. Leaching Strategy (Flush) and Cellular Homeostasis The protocol for removing accumulated salts in the substrate and in the interstitial space of the tissue is executed to optimize the final organoleptic properties. The flushing solution consists of: Ascorbic Acid: 250ppm (0.25g/L). Acts as a neutralizer of ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) and provides photoprotection to the remaining photosynthetic apparatus. Citric Acid: 100 ppm via root. Used for the chelation of precipitated salts (Sulfates/Carbonates), facilitating their definitive drainage. Potassium Silicate: Used exclusively as a buffering dose to stabilize pH against the acidity of organic acids, avoiding the use of potassium hydroxides. Saponins: 0.1gr/L. Reduces surface tension to ensure uniform rehydration of the substrate. Polysaccharides: 0.15ml/L. Provides the necessary carbon skeletons to maintain cellular osmotic pressure in the absence of N-P-K. II. Nutritional Dynamics and Ionic Balance The supply of macronutrients has been reduced to 0ppm nominal. This deprivation forces the plant to metabolize its internal reserves of residual Nitrogen, which reduces the harshness of the smoke and prevents the formation of volatile ammoniacal compounds during the curing process. Solution pH: 6.06.2. Input EC: 0.2 mS/cm Osmotic Potential: The use of polysaccharides prevents plasmolysis during the washing of salts. III. Redox Protection: Ascorbic Acid remains as a cofactor in the xanthophylls pathway to shield the final pigments. IV. Phenotypic State and Diagnosis The floral structure is compact, with swollen bracts and a uniform senescence indicating successful nutrient mobilization towards the apex. No blockages due to salt accumulation are detected, only the programmed mineral depletion. The plant is ready for the cessation of watering 24-48 hours prior to harvest.

Nice and healthy growth! That canopy is looking beautiful right there 🔥

@wolfvb, I appreciate your follow-up. During the first few weeks, there were some discrepancies in the pH readings due to technical failures in the probe; however, after the necessary corrections, the current values are now showing a favorable and stable trend.

@UnorthadoxDude, We're lucky to have good weather and hours of light to bloom all year round except for summer, which is the rainy season.
