I started feeding these little lady, the other day. not much.. i used the base line measurements of my Remo Nutrients.. i also didn't flood them.. i split a dose one cup of nutrients, to one cup of water. They seemed to enjoy the drink so.. I guess we just keep moving along. also i swore id stop being the guy who's posted purple photos all the time none likes that. but its hard when the lights on for 20 hours a day lol If you have a question drop me a comment please ! No purple photos this week ! thats a bonus! sorry about last weeks pics.. they sucked. lets be honest. Transplant day was a success, moved these babies from their cups to 1 gallon Airpots. Tons of root, almost wish i would have skipped the cups in the first place being as these are actual seedlings instead of clones so obviously their going to root faster. bottom line for me.. clones will still use the cups..seedlings will not in the future lol. These girls also got their first full does of Remo, so we should see some real growth in the coming weeks. I love air pot because of the obvious root benefits, as well as the ability to use the hole for my LST. no need to punch holes in pots or use clips..just easier for me. another week or so and i will top these girls and really start training. These girls are certainly happy now that they have some room to stretch out.. they have also been topped this week.. leaving 6-8 branches that I'll Scrog out with my screen again ! As far as structure goes these girls seem to be pretty compact, with lots of internal noding starting already. But its hard to say when they've been bunched up so bad.. Inside this tent smells incredible already ! I am blown away by the sweet, fruity aroma these plants give off ! Oh these girls are so happy that they can stretch out. I had to adjust my training ties twice this week as well which is great to see. There has been at least an inch or two of growth since my last post. Repotted ! into some nice clean 3 gal Airpots.. this is just an update next time working from seedling ill definitely going straight to the 3 gal pot... I also gave these girls a haircut towards the end of the week as well.. they're just so bushy.. the internal nodes are super compact still. This tent is filling up fast. and the aroma is incredible. Lots of things to discuss this week. First ill mention that the back corners of the tent have filled out nicely. each branch on the back half of the tent has been topped. The front plant will continue to reach for probably one more week before it is topped as well.. Next week more than likely I will be taking some cuttings to bring the canopy down more and slightly more level. Next thing id like to talk about are the photos labeled 1,2,3. The photos don't do much justice in regards to how much the leaves are actually turning "pinkish" but they are certainly going a very light green almost yellow before showing the pink hue. The "spot" if you will, in photo 3 is brand new.. its a deep pink almost red colour..? This is the only spot.. across three plants showing.."issue" possibly ? or did I get another amazingly colourful "pheno" ? I definitely need an experts opinion....? A special thanks to the grower who answered me question.. I wasn't mixing my nutes properly I was only feeding half of what I should have been.. (don't get stoned before mixing...get stoned after mixing) in my case atleast lol again with all the screw ups I've been neglecting to keep up on trimming.. lots of work to do.. Starting to smell pretty amazing in here ! Second week of flower has now come and gone. I spent a little bit of time each day this week cleaning up the undercarriage of these plants, as well as removing some of the larger fan leaves from the tops to allow for a bit more light penetration. overall I hope i can run this strain again because i feel that the weed i spent trying to figure out what i was doing wrong really hampered their growth. 100% my fault not the plants, but that being said I do think ill still get a decent crop for the 70-80watts this tent actually uses. Week three of flower has been great ! tops starting to stack up nicely.. Growing this Strain side by side with the Shiskaberry is a little disheartening but only because i know its my fault this tent is a little bit lacking compared to the other... If I had only done a better job measuring my Nutes.. oh well I'll just have to buy this strain in the future and try again. Next up I believe ill be upgrading this light to the same one that is in my Shiskaberry tent which uses 160watts, but regardless this tent is still producing what looks like a decent yield... (for the 80watts I'm actually using) The smell in here is amazing though, its really noticeable now.. the sweet aroma once the tent is opened. I have to run this strain again.. everything about this one intrigues me from the smell to the structure we have in the tent now.. Its an impressive plant. After 5 weeks of flowering these girls seem to be happy as could be expected.. These girls are impressing me more each day. Inside the tent has a pungent lemon/citrus smell that I can't get enough of. Cut out the Mag supplement, should be enough residual in the soil to last the last few weeks before i switch to my flush weeks. Screen lifted again and inch or two.. removed more lower/under developed bud sites that were receiving not enough light anyways lol. That sativa taking her sweet time but I'm not complain because she just keeps bubbling and swelling.. they just reeks of lemon with a sweet berry undertone. 3 weeks of straight water, taking care to ensure that the coming harvest doesn't come on wet soil... things are starting to get a little crispy.. but overall they still seem happy.. Cariboo_OG If you've been following along welcome back, and if this is your first time welcome to my garden. 70 days of 12/12.. the last watering was Ice water, to drop the root temp before he last 72 hours of the grow being in total darkness.. They we chopped and hung for 14 days. That's it for this strain, each round I'm learning more and more so hopefully ill start to improve my growing technique's... and improve my yields.
