Big Maristuff ,very first grow

Maristuff Put the little darlings in some pots . Over fertilized then flushed with plain water. Minor.damage thank goodness. Completely forgot about Ph, I will pay more attention next time I water.

Maristuff Opted for Spider farmer automation. Power strip, lights, sensors etc...Smart phone app a little complicated at first but with a little help from Q&A on google Gemini, my tent environment is now perfectly dialed in.

Maristuff My spider farmer soil sensor indicated the following: Temp 19.1, WC 18.7, EC 0.05 . So, I added nutrients . Lets see what happens next week.

Maristuff Since this is my first grow I don't have a clue what I am doing. That explains why I have auto flowering plants and photo period plants in the same grow box. My main problem is pH balance since the tap water here in northern Italy is 8.5 and the pH perfect nutrients are not strong enough to bring the soil pH to normal levels my plants are struggling. Did some more LST ,defoliating ant topping of my Chemdogs. My plan is wing it ,harvest my auto flowering plants when they are ready and transfer the photoperiod plants to an autopot hydroponic system until they are ready. 😀

Maristuff Things are moving along faster then I expected with my autoflowers

Maristuff I would like the buds to fatten up more so I gave it a dose of Sensi grow A+B,B 52, Voodoo Juice +,Big Bud and 7 grams of pure glucose in a 5 liter mixture. I then fed my 3 auto flowering plants with 1.5 liters each then filled the bottom self watering bases with plain PH correct. Prior to this I was using 50% dosages. This time I used the Advanced nutrients recommended second week of flower dosage.

Maristuff I made a major error last night. Forgot to turn off my lights so I was @ 24 hours on .I have been adding nutrients At 50% strength, based on some sone podcast comments I've seen. However, as I put my spider farmer soil tester into my soil, I'm getting very low EC readings,( I'm showing values of like 0.02) so, I've decided to increase the dosages to the full strength to see if I can get the EC up closer to 1.0. So anyway today I've given my plants nutrients at full strength according to recommendations. let's see what happens.

Maristuff Trichomes are looking opaque. No amber ones yet.

Maristuff Black Toffee auto flower. Trichomes looking Milky, but I don't see any amber ones yet. I started flushing about a week ago. I think by in about a week they should be ready. I'm hoping to get at least 20% amber trichomes by then. . My chem dogs are still in Veg phase. Once I harvest the black toffee, I will start showing some pictures of my chem dogs.

Maristuff So, I have harvested my auto flowering Black Toffee. In the photo you can see my photoperiod Chem dog plants. This is the current canopy under some netting. I have switched to 12 on 12 off. I am now using the "autopot" system for three of the plants .So far so good.

Maristuff I transferred my chem dogs from Plastic pots to my Auto part system about a week ago. 25 liters of water in my reservoir to begin with. I followed the instructions from Advanced nutrients And after about 4 days Of 12 hours of light on and 12 hours off, I'm starting to see some pistols, so it's, looking very good. PPFD 950. Tomorrow Tomorrow I will clean my Reservoir and put in the recommended doses according to Bud Labs, which is an app that you can get For the for the dosage of advanced nutrients product and it says for 25 liters a 100 mils of Bloom part A ,100 mils of connoisseur Bloom part B, Voodoo juice 50 mils, and big bud 50 mils.

Maristuff Defoliated about 30% . Everything looks healthy. will keep defoliating gradually over the next 10 days.

Maristuff Just a recap. I started out with seven plants all in a 2 by 4 grow box because I didn't know what the heck I was doing in the beginning. Four plants were. Photoperiod and three were auto flower. I harvested the auto flower after 75 days. Once I harvested the Auto flower plants. I put the. Photoperiod plants on a 12 hour cycle. Within three days I started seeing some pistols. So we're into two weeks of pistols and now Popcorn formation. That's about it for now.

Maristuff I have defoliated most of my fan leaves.

Maristuff I ran out pf advanced nutrients liquid (pH Perfect Connoisseur Bloom Part B) and I went to the advances nutrients powder. I mixed it at 50 % concentration and I managed to get nutrient burn just the same. I flushes my 3 autopots with Ph corrected water and I think I am ok now .

Maristuff We are getting very close to harvest . Still some clear trichomes but mostly milky. No amber ones yet.

Maristuff A seasoned grower told me that if the temperature gets above 30 Celsius, it can degrade the THC content before harvest. That's why he never grows in a growbox in the late spring-summer. I hope he is wrong.
