Zesty Bliss

KuaerSchlaeger Week 1 is over and the Zesty Bliss is growing happily. The roots have already reached the bottom, now we'll let them root through the small pot for another week and then it's off to the final pot. It seems like the earlier addition of TNT Complex wasn't too cool, the tips are a bit damaged, but it doesn't seem to bother her much. KuaerSchlaeger New week, new luck. She's been in the new pot for a week now and is slowly picking up in growth. There are slight signs of deficiency, which I take responsibility for, as I couldn't water her as I wanted to. Other than that, she's doing well. KuaerSchlaeger The Zesty Bliss is currently being a bit fussy, experiencing some minor deficiencies here and there, but it hasn't really affected the growth overall. It's on the road to recovery now. In a few days, when the 6th node is reached, it will be topped and the LST will begin. A huge thanks to Paradise Seeds for making this grow possible 🙏🌱

KuaerSchlaeger The next week is over and the little one was topped a few days ago, which she handled well. Today I started with LST, and she also got a little haircut. Now I'll let her grow a bit more and in 1 or 2 weeks, the flowering will probably be initiated. KuaerSchlaeger The Zesty Bliss has recovered well after some initial fussiness and had no issues with the tops; it has grown nicely and was stretched and defoliated a bit more. The flowering stage has been initiated, and the light and nutrients have been slightly adjusted for it. KuaerSchlaeger Week 3 since the switch and the Zesty Bliss is doing wonderfully. She's growing diligently with strong shoots and I'm starting to really like her after the initial fussiness. The hairs are coming in nicely and she was defoliated a bit again. Soon, she'll get a good lollipop and starting next week, the last components will be added with PK 13/14 and bloom booster. KuaerSchlaeger The 4th week of flowering and what can I say? The Zesty Bliss has suddenly turned into an easy-care, strong lady after her initial fussiness, and she's really in a hurry to grow and bloom. Now that I've really given her a good trim with lollipopping and defoliation, she can relax and focus on the buds. She's bringing me more joy week by week, and I'm excited to see what else she has to offer. A heartfelt thank you to Paradise Seeds 🌱💛 for making this grow possible 🙏

KuaerSchlaeger The 5th week of flowering and the Zesty Bliss is really not normal anymore 😅 she keeps stretching more and more while also working hard on the buds. The smell is getting more intense and reminds me a bit of sweet lemon candies. I can hardly wait for the end 🤤 A huge thanks to Paradise Seeds 💛 for the opportunity to test this strain 🙏🏽

KuaerSchlaeger Week 6 and the Zesty Bliss has finished its stretch. It's starting to produce huge buds and hints at a decent harvest. It's sticky and fragrant, building up the anticipation. It's now being exposed to UV-B for 15 minutes a day. A big thank you to Paradise-seeds for this grow 💪🏼🙏🏼

KuaerSchlaeger Week 7 and the “little” Zesty is really giving it her all. Her buds are getting bigger and bigger, and the smell is becoming more and more citrusy. I can hardly wait for her to finally be done. The UV-B exposure is currently at 30 minutes daily and is steadily increasing. KuaerSchlaeger Another week is coming to an end. It was very busy and extremely stressful due to the heatwave. I had to dim the lamp to 50% to keep the temperature somewhat in check. But Zesty Bliss won't be stopped by anything or anyone. Her buds are getting huge and denser. The UV-B exposure is currently at 50 minutes a day. KuaerSchlaeger Week 9 and the monster Zesty Bliss is coming to an end. Its buds are brutally fat and emit a citrus scent that I've never experienced before. Now there's a little diet without nutrients and until the end, only pH-adjusted water. Its UV-B exposure is at 80 minutes and will be slightly increased. KuaerSchlaeger Here we are in week 10, which also marks the end of the Zesty Bliss adventure. The trichome check says it's time to harvest. So it’s also clear that the next update will be the last one of this journey, which will come after the drying process. We'll stick with the UV-B exposure for 1h15m until the end. KuaerSchlaeger The Zesty Bliss was really a highlight. After the little diva moments at the beginning, it became super easy to care for and massive. As a reward, I got a nice big plant with beautiful buds. It “stinks” so intensely lemony, I've never experienced anything like that at harvest. Flavor-wise, it's rather lightly sweet, with hints of Amnesia and hardly any citrus. The effect comes on slowly but gradually gets stronger and is quite heady with a tendency to chill out 😄 After the harvest and 11 days of drying at around 20 degrees and an average humidity of 55%, the buds are ready for fermentation in the GroveBags. At this point, I want to thank Paradise Seeds again for this awesome strain 🙏🏽 and I will definitely come back to you in the future 🧡 It has once again been a huge pleasure to take this journey with you all, and I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you, whether for liking, commenting, or just stopping by 🙏🏽 I hope to see you all here again in the future.
