bk4ck0ut Week 1 Germination ✅ Popped the seed in a glass of water, then transferred to a damp paper towel on Saturday. She took a few days to crack open but showed a healthy ~1.5cm taproot today straight into the 12L Air-Pot she went. Setup for this run : 🌱 Purple Lemonade Auto FastBuds 💡 Spider Farmer SF1000 (100W) 18/6, 55cm, 50% intensity 💧 Plain water only, pH 6.4 (spring water + tiny drop of Bio-Down) 12L Air-Pot BioBizz Light Mix Targeting the Basementganja timelapse numbers (156g dry) ambitious for 100W but planning a flat star LST structure, topping at Day 13, and the full BioBizz line to get us there. Day 1 starts now. Let's go 🔥

bk4ck0ut Week 1 She's above soil! 🌱 Day 1 — March 27. She pushed through the surface today, had to remove the shell that was stuck on the seedling but cotyledons look healthy and green. Plain water only, pH 6.4. SF1000 at 50%, 55cm, 18/6. Light Mix doing its job. Now we wait for the first true leaves before starting the BioBizz line. Topping planned at Day 13. 🔥

bk4ck0ut Week 2 — Rough start but she's fighting back 💪 Ran into some issues early this week spotted what looked like a magnesium deficiency with interveinal yellowing on the lower leaves. Asked around on Discord and the consensus was a combo of light stress (SF1000 at 80% / 30cm was way too intense for a seedling, probably hitting ~800 PPFD) + fungus gnats damaging the roots + humidity sitting at a brutal 27% RH. Corrective actions taken: 💡 SF1000 dialed back to 60%, raised to 40cm Yellow sticky traps catching adults, Steinernema feltiae nematodes applied Day 13 💧 Watering scaled to 250ml nutrients + 300ml nematode drench = 550ml total, pH 6.3 Nutrients: Root Juice 1ml/L + Acti-Vera 5ml/L + CalMag 1ml/L (~700ppm will reduce next feed) Topping was planned for Day 13 but she's not quite ready 3-4 nodes visible but still recovering from the stress. Will reassess at Day 15-16. Humidifier on the way to fix the RH situation. New growth at the top looks healthy and green the damage on the lower leaves won't recover but the plant is pushing through. Lessons learned: respect the SF1000 distance on seedlings, and don't underestimate low humidity impact on VPD. 🌱Opus 4.6

bk4ck0ut Quick note sorry for the gap in updates! Weeks 2 to 4 were... eventful 😅 Light burn, fungus gnats, humidity issues, a topping mishap basically everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Was too busy firefighting to document properly. But she pulled through like a champ and I've uploaded all the weekly recaps now with photos. Back on track from here! 🔥 Week 3 — Battling the elements 🛡️ Tough week. Diagnosed multiple stress factors hitting her at once: light burn from SF1000 running too hot (80% / 30cm = ~800 PPFD on a seedling), humidity sitting at a brutal 27% RH, and fungus gnats damaging the roots. Discord community (shoutout to The Manta Ray and Wanheda) confirmed the light stress. Actions taken: 💡 SF1000 dialed back to 60% / 40cm Steinernema feltiae nematodes applied Day 13 (half the pack, other half saved for round 2) 💨 Xiaomi Humidifier Lite 2 installed RH went from 27% to 55-60% 💧 Watering scaled to 550ml total, pH 6.3 Topping done on Day 18 had to delay from Day 13 due to stress recovery. Made a mistake during the cut and accidentally removed fan leaves from the left branch. Right side healed perfectly, left side is weaker. Spray Acti-Vera 5ml/L post-cut. New growth looks healthy despite the rough start. Lessons learned: respect the light distance on seedlings and get the humidity right from Day 1. 💪

bk4ck0ut Week 4 — Recovery and structure 🌿 She bounced back strong this week. LST started building the flat star structure using the Air-Pot holes for anchoring. Stems were stiff from early stretching so had to go slow to avoid snapping. Tip: pinch and roll the stem gently before bending. 💡 SF1000 at 70% / 35cm 💧 Watering 800ml-1L, alternating nutes/plain water S3-S4 recipe: Bio-Grow 0.5-1ml/L + Bio-Heaven 1ml/L + Acti-Vera 5ml/L + CalMag 0.5ml/L Second nematode application done gnats almost gone, sticky traps much cleaner Left branch from the topping mishap didn't recover removed it at Day 23. But the plant compensated well with 5-6 lateral branches developing nicely. Structure is opening up.

bk4ck0ut Week 5 — She's a bush now 🌳 Day 30 update and wow, what a turnaround from the rough start. Canopy is flat and wide with 7-8 tops all getting equal light. The LST paid off big time. No signs of preflower yet, she's still in full veg mode probably due to the delayed start from early stress. 💡 SF1000 dialed back to 75-80% / 30-35cm (was running too hot at 100%) 💧 Watering up to 1.5-2L every 2 days Sticking with S4 recipe until pistils show 📊 Overshot PPM at 958 on one feed leaves showed some clawing. Lesson: always check PPM before watering, target 500-600 max in veg Still no pistils at Day 32 so expecting a longer cycle probably 90-95 days instead of 81. Not worried, more veg time = more structure = potentially bigger yield. Waiting for her to flip on her own schedule. 🔥

@Fast_Buds, Thanks a lot! Your reputation really speaks for itself, I had to give it a try. As soon as I arrived on the site, I felt like I was in California right away hopefully the plant smells like California too haha 😄
