After this time, something should be visible, but it doesn't have to be. Give it a bit more time and be patient. If after a few days there's still nothing to see, this seed will most likely not germinate.
This can happen and is completely normal. I usually plant several seeds and see which ones germinate or look the healthiest after 1-2 weeks and discard the rest.
