Automatics_Gourmets We’re looking forward to this journey with @paradiseseeds ! 🚀
2026 has already got off to a good start, but we’re really excited about what’s to come. The Venus and Saturn pack put a big smile on our faces, and it quickly became clear which strain would end up in whose tent.
Saturn kicks things off with Red Velvet Auto, the latest autoflowering strain from 2025: https://www.paradise-seeds.com/product/red-velvet-auto/

Automatics_Gourmets The velvety lady had received a few uninvited guests, but they were quickly and easily removed using neem oil and a few natural remedies. Her growth doesn't seem to have been affected, so she is slowly entering the pre-flowering stage.

Automatics_Gourmets Apart from gently pressing down the larger leaves every day, this little darling just needs a bit more water and a few kind words. 💦 She’s growing steadily at 2cm a day. 🌴

Automatics_Gourmets Rarely has a plant given off such a strong smell in Saturn's tent. 🍒🍬🛢️
For the last few days, it’s had nothing but water, and in a couple of days the long-awaited harvest will be ready.
An easy-to-grow strain that can even tolerate occasional water shortages (the mistake in weeks 5–6 really cost it in terms of stretch).
It develops a spicy, fruity aroma with hints of sweet sweets. When smoked, however, it tends to develop a sweet-and-sour, slightly tangy flavour with tropical notes. After a short while, you’ll experience a euphoric high, which may also trigger the odd bout of ravenous hunger. Beautiful.

Automatics_Gourmets Apart from the buds becoming increasingly glistening, not much has changed on the outside. The trichomes were all milky white, and the first amber-coloured ones were the sign that it was time to harvest. 🌾🚜
