cangrowz Air Lemon x Shishkaberry 🍋🍇 – Germination Outdoor Grow 2026 This is my outdoor project for 2026 with the Air Lemon x Shishkaberry from Green House Seed Company. The seeds were sponsored – I'm definitely grateful for that. The goal is to keep a solid and as accurate as possible diary throughout the entire grow. I’ll try to stick to the weeks well, even though it won't always work out 100%. For the germination and the first few days, I used Plagron Lightmix. The little ones have sprouted well, but they initially had a bit too little light and therefore stretched a little. But that's not a big deal since they have plenty of time to stabilize outside all summer long. The outdoor spots have already been prepared, and the soil has been nicely loosened. Now it's just a matter of waiting – after the ice saints (in about 2–3 weeks), I will decide when they will finally go outside. Until then, they’ll just grow relaxed and gather strength for the season. Happy Growing Growmies! 💚🌱

cangrowz Grow Diary Air Lemon x Shishkaberry 🍋🍇 – End of Week 1 / Beginning of Week 2 The two are developing quite well despite the not entirely optimal conditions at the moment. Due to the lack of light, they are stretching a bit, but I had already anticipated this since the location unfortunately could hardly be resolved differently. Nevertheless, both continue to grow steadily and so far show no major problems. 🌱 In the next few days, I will try to optimize the light setup a bit more so that the stems become stronger and the plants can grow more compactly. So far, they remain vital and continue to sprout daily. I’m curious to see how they will develop from Week 2 onwards 👊🏻 Happy Growing Growmies 🌱?💚

cangrowz Grow Diary Air Lemon x Shishkaberry 🍋🍇 – End of Week 2 / Beginning of Week 3 Due to the strong stretching from the lack of light, I've decided to put them outside now – only the tough ones make it to the garden 😄 The conditions aren't perfect yet and the Ice Saints are still ahead, but I think they'll manage anyway. 🌱 For the nights, I'll put something over the plants so it doesn't get too cold and they are a bit more protected. Now it's time to wait and hope that the weather cooperates and that they can really take off outside 👊🏽🍋🍇 Happy Growing Growmies 🌱💚

cangrowz Air Lemon x Shishkaberry 🍋🍇 End of week 2 beginning of week 3 After I set the two free about a week ago so they could grow properly, I honestly thought the worst because of the cold. Especially with the Ice Saints, I was a bit worried about how well they would handle being outside. So far, though, I have to say it's going much better than I expected. I even built them a little house to keep it from getting too cold at night and to give them some protection. The stretching from the initial light deficiency is still visible, but I think that will balance out nicely during the summer growth phase. They still have plenty of time to become stronger and more stable. Given the current temperatures, I'm really satisfied with how they're doing. Thanks for reading, everyone. Happy Growing, Growmies! 🌱

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – End of Week 3 to Beginning of Week 7 Since I currently can't visit the two very often, I have summarized the development from the end of Week 3 to the beginning of Week 7 in this update. Despite the somewhat less frequent checks, both plants have been developing very well so far and show healthy growth. Currently, about 20 weeks of outdoor season are still ahead. As the plants grow larger, there will naturally be more frequent and detailed updates with more pictures. The currently installed roof will remain as protection for now, but will be removed once the plants have reached sufficient size and need more space to unfold freely. I am curious to see how the genetics of Air Lemon and Shishkaberry will continue to show in the coming weeks. The next months will definitely be interesting. 🍋🍇🌱 Happy Growing, Growmies! 🌱?💚

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – End of Week 7, Beginning of Week 8 🍇🍋 The two ladies are continuing to develop splendidly and are visibly gaining size and strength week by week. 💚 I've removed the random greenery growing around the plants to ensure the Air Lemon x Shishkaberry have enough space, light, and air. Since I can't check in on the ladies too often at the moment, this was definitely a sensible measure. What's particularly pleasing this year is the low number of snails. Compared to last year with the Apple Fritter, there's hardly any snail damage visible so far, which is of course beneficial for the plants. 🐌🚫 Currently, the two are at the end of Week 7 and the beginning of Week 8 and continue to show healthy, vigorous growth. If all goes according to plan, they have about 20–22 weeks of growth and development ahead. It will be exciting to see what the season brings. 🌱☀️ Thanks for reading and stopping by! 💚 Happy Growing, Growmies!

cangrowz 🍋🍇 air lemon x shishkaberry 🍇🍋 🌿 Beginning of week 9 🌿 So far, the two are growing really excellently! The current heatwave in Germany seems to be suiting them just fine. With temperatures of 30–35 °C, which will accompany us for a few more days, I expect the plants to gain quite a bit in size until October. The protective roof that is currently over them will stay for now, but it will be removed as soon as they almost reach the top edge. It shouldn't take long. After that, they'll get full southeast sun, which should give them an additional growth boost. The current state is definitely looking good. Compared to last year with the Apple Fritter, these two are significantly ahead. The comparison with the old pictures clearly shows how much better the development has been so far. I hope it continues like this. To all the Growmies: Be careful with the temperatures, stay in the shade as much as possible, and drink enough water. ☀️💧 Thanks for reading and following along with the grow! 🌱 Happy Growing, Growmies! 🌱🍋🍇

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry Beginning Week 11 🍇🍋 The two outdoor ladies continue to grow significantly in size and are developing just as I hoped. After the minor setbacks at the beginning, they have recovered incredibly well at their location. Honestly, I expected this because the position is nearly perfect for both of them. They get ideal conditions there and thank me with vigorous growth. By now, the plants have almost reached the roof. After the intense heatwave with temperatures over 40 °C and the subsequent thunderstorms, I will give them about another week to fully recover from it. After that, the roof will come off so they can get full sunlight from above and further maximize their potential. I haven't measured them yet, but I estimate that both are now close to the 1.70-meter mark. I'm pretty sure we'll exceed the 2-meter mark if the weather continues to cooperate. It's really impressive what these extreme temperatures can do for growth. In a very short time, the plants have gained several centimeters and show really strong growth. The smell is still quite limited at the moment, mainly due to the good airflow at their location. So far, only a light scent is noticeable, even though the plants have already reached a decent size. I'm curious to see how the next weeks develop and look forward to taking you along on this outdoor run. Thank you for reading, and of course, a big thank you to Green House Seeds for the promo seeds for this run! 💚 Happy Growing Growmies! 🌱💚

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – Beginning of Week 13 🍇🍋 The two Air Lemon x Shishkaberry are continuing to develop really strong and are visibly gaining size week by week. In the next few days, I’ll be doing some maintenance. I will remove some shoots and a few larger leaves from the lower area to allow more air and light to reach the inside of the plants. This way, the energy can concentrate even better on the upper areas. Since the roof was removed, the plants now have significantly more space to grow upwards. I’m really curious to see what final height they will reach in the coming weeks. To be honest, I didn’t expect such strong growth. The currently warm temperatures and the summery weather are certainly playing an important role as well. Although there are still a few weeks until harvest for the two, I’m more than satisfied with their development so far and I’m looking forward to the next updates. A big thank you goes out again to the sponsor of the seeds, Green House Seeds, as well as to everyone who follows this grow diary and supports it with comments and likes. 💚 Happy Growing Growmies! 🌱?💚

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – Beginning of Week 14 🍇🍋 The two are continuing to develop really strong and seem to grow day by day. I find it much more exciting to not check on them daily, but to give them a few days. This way, you can clearly see the progress each time. In the last few days, I did a proper lollipop on both plants. I briefly considered topping them, but then decided against it. Since they will stretch quite a bit at the beginning of flowering anyway, it seemed like the better decision. Currently, the two should be about 2.30 to 2.40 m tall. Now there's roughly the same amount of time ahead of them until harvest. With this update, we have officially reached halftime. The weather is also perfect at the moment. During the day, temperatures are between 26 and 32 °C, and at night a pleasant 18 to 20 °C. This probably won't last long, as next week temperatures are expected to rise back towards 40 °C. I'm curious to see how much progress the two will make by the next update. Thank you to everyone who follows my Grow Diary and keeps coming back. A big thank you also goes to Green House Seeds for sponsoring the seeds. Happy growing everyone! 🌱💚 Your Cangrowz

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – Beginning of Week 16 🍇🍋 The two are still gaining height and stretching further into the sky. I think 3 meters are really not far off now. 😅🌱 The currently high temperatures seem to affect them surprisingly little. In the last few days, we had temperatures between 32–36 °C, yet both are still standing strong and looking very healthy. The stems have also become really strong and thick, which is definitely an important point given their size. 💪🌱 In hindsight, lollipopping was definitely the right decision. This allowed me to relieve the lower area a bit, and hopefully, the plants can concentrate their energy even more on the upper parts. Now, of course, I'm extremely curious about what awaits us in the fall when the actual flowering really kicks in. I'm definitely expecting a good mass and I'm particularly excited about the color display. 🍂💜 I can very well imagine that they might start to purple in the fall with the significantly cooler temperatures. I'm really looking forward to that. 😍 I'm also still absolutely thrilled with the power that Green House Seeds brings. The two are developing impressively and showing what is genetically possible. A huge thank you again for the sponsored seeds! 🙏💚 And of course, a big thank you to each and every one of you who is following this grow, liking, commenting, and cheering along. Without you, this whole thing wouldn't be half as much fun! 🌱💚 Happy Growing Growmies 🌱💚 Your Cangrowz

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – Mid Week 17 🍇🍋 The two just keep growing and it feels like they don't want to stop at all. I would really say now: We're slowly moving towards tree status! The plants are now about 2.95 - 3.00 m tall and the stems are getting thicker too. For comparison: I just had nothing else on hand and held a monster can next to them, there's really not much difference left, the stem and the can are almost the same thickness. For a moment, I even considered topping the two. With their current height of almost 3 meters, that would have been interesting, but I probably missed the right timing for that. Intervening now would likely cause the plants more stress than benefit. So, it’s time to let them grow and see what these two have planned. The last really hot days with 34-36 °C are behind us now and the temperatures are slowly going back down. That should help them transition into flowering. Although “soon” in this run is relative, it’s expected to stretch out until the end of October. Depending on the weather and conditions, that could shift by another 1-2 weeks. 🌞🍂 This time there are only photos, but there will definitely be videos in the next update. 🎥📸 At this point, a big thank you again to Green House Seeds, who made this grow possible with the sponsored seeds. 🙏💚 Feel free to check out my indoor grow with the Frosted Guava, I think that run turned out really well too. 🍇❄️ Thanks to everyone following this grow and being part of it! 💚 Happy Growing Growmies 🌱💚 Your Cangrowz

cangrowz 🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – End of Week 18 🍇🍋 The two are growing and growing and are slowly turning into real trees. 🌳 The temperatures have noticeably dropped, especially at night it's getting quite cool. The weather is also significantly stormier right now, which is why I've tied them up just to be safe. I definitely don't want to risk them breaking due to strong winds. The trunk is now extremely stable, and the roots are showing solid growth; some are already coming out of the ground. The canopy has become huge and is nicely evenly distributed, making the two look really impressive. This time, there's also a little video to go along with it. It shouldn't be long now until they slowly transition into flowering. I'm really curious about the outcome because that's when it will show what these Green House Genetics can do. So far, the development has been really impressive; the plants have turned into true stable trees. 🌱🌳 A big thank you also goes out to Green House Seeds for making this run possible with their seeds. I also want to thank everyone who regularly stops by, likes, and comments on the posts. Your support means a lot to me! 💚 Until the next entry! 👋 Happy Growing Growmies 🌱💚 Your Cangrowz

hassehujasse commented2mo ago
@cangrowz, Would you force them to flowering in box or wait until it comes by nature?
cangrowz
cangrowz commented2mo ago
@@hassehujasse Yeah, I’d let them flower naturally. The natural light cycle in Germany is usually enough to trigger flowering on its own. It puts less stress on the plants and lets them develop as intended. I’d only force flowering if space, timing, or weather becomes an issue. 🌱🤙
