May 30th
Start to germinate 3 Burmese Blueberry Fems from JahSeeds.ca. A custom cross between Blueberry and Burmese Amnesia. Really excited to grow these ladies and share the journey with everyone here at GrowDiaries 🤘
May 31st
Checked on BB Fem seeds this morning and all three are already cracked with one of them showing the tap root. Fastest I've EVER had seeds germinate. MAJOR Shout out to https://jahseeds.ca/
June 1st
Came home from out of town and to my surprise 2/3 of the Burmese Blueberry are ready for their first (of 2) pots!
June 3rd
Woke up to check the third of three Burmese Blueberry seeds and she's fully germed, ready for her medium.
June 7th
The Start of week 2 from seed. So far two of the three Burmese Blueberry are growing strong, I'm really excited to see them grow in to lush beautiful ladies!
June 12th
Just past the half mark of week 2, nothing much to update other than the late sprout has opened up a little bit.
June 13th
Day 14, last day of week 2. Starting to notice a little new growth, will be introducing Fox Farm Grow big at a diluted rate and will increase the solution mix each week untill it is time for the switch.
Day 15
June 14th starts our 3rd week from seed, plants 1 & 2 are growing at a nice pace while plant 3 is significantly smaller. I want to start introducing a very diluted mix of Fox Farm Grow Big next week, if the third plant doesn't start catching up i will start a second diary for it so we can monitor it separately.
Day 17
Was out of town since my last entry, I have noticed an inch in growth in the largest of the three plants. Nothing more to update today ✌️
Day 21 (end of week 3)
Been a good week, I have decided I will be moving them outdoors starting tomorrow. Time to see what these ladies can do. Will start week 4 entries tomorrow and update ever couple of days from there on out. Happy growing ✌️
Day 22 {Start of week 4}
I moved the Burmese Blueberry from @jahseeds.ca outside yesterday, where they will remain for the rest of the year. I will be buying larger pots for them in the next week or two. Hopefully these ladies will blow up by then.
Day 23(from seed) {day 2 outdoors}
Noticed quite a bit of new growth in all of the Burmese Blueberry from @jahseeds.ca
Even on the runt (which won't be a very large plant) but we'll train her to get the best yield possible. Looking in to switching up my nutes this season from Fox Farm to General Hydroponics Floragro, Floramicro and Florabloom for the coming weeks. .
Day 27
Came home after a 3 day out of towner and have notice quite the spring in BB Fem 2, a little growth in BB Fem 1 and a very small about in BB Fem #3. #3 is starting to show signs of life though which is great! #2 has gone from 4 to 7 inches in 3 days, causing me to transplant #1 & #2. #3 will get the transplant next week!
