TerpToad This Tropicanna Poison FF will be one of two fast flowering photoperiodic plants on my balcony this Season. By veg week 5 I plan on transferring them outdoors into a self build wick watering system. Until then they will stay in my seedling grow tent along my veggies.
I germinated three seeds of each strain to give away some plants to my friends. All germinated. They started out a bit lenghty after sprouting, so I lifted them up closer to the light and added some light wind with the exhaust of my main tent.

TerpToad The first week of these seedlings was quite scary - the growth on these seedlings was lengthy and without much stability. Some wires as bracing helped them for the first couple of days and by now they are getting stronger. I am using a seedling tent by spiderfarmer that works great for veggies and apparently for cannabis to if you give the plants some support.

TerpToad I gave away two of my plants and moved the remaining Tropicanna Poison in the caring hands of my plantsitter, since I will be away for ten days. Afterwards she can move outside!

TerpToad Three weeks since the last update. The Tropicanna Poison was staying at a plantsitters place by a window for two weeks, during which she stretched quite a bit for some more light. Since about a week she is chilling in her DIY-wick-pot and is showing a normal internodial spacing again. I added 30 grams of BioGrow to the soil before transplanting. Until now I only water her by hand and will continue to do so for one or two weeks before using the water reservoir.

TerpToad I started training the Tropicanna Poison with topping, defoliation of the fanleaves, and removal of some sidebranches that I predict wont be able to produce high quality flower in the long run.
I started using the wick watering system so this Girl can make the most of the hot weather that is being forecasted.

TerpToad Right in time for the heatwave the Tropicanna Poison started to really get used to the wick watering and is now seemingly enjoying the intense sun. I am very happy with her developement so far.

TerpToad Tropicanna Poison is doing very good. The branches I selected are getting strong and I like the overall shape of this plant. The internodial spacing is bigger than with my indoor plants, but she is Not stretching too bad. I will give another feeding soon.

TerpToad Not much to report. She looks healthy and eager to grow. I added 30 grams of BioGrow and topwatered with some BioEnhancer.
I will be on holidays for about two weeks, but I got her covered with a plantsitter and the wick system. Looking forward to return to even bigger plants!
