tDevGrower420 I actually tried to start this seed 4 times before being successful. First couple of times I tried germinating directly into substrate and I believe the seed damped off. Switched to paper towel and planted the seed and left for a weekend vacation thinking everything was perfect. My light was dimmed more than I realized and I came back to a very stretched out seedling. Safe to say I tossed her in the trash and started again for the 5th time.
She sprouted out short and strong.

tDevGrower420 Pretty uneventful week. Was bad at taking pictures earlier in the week because camera battery died and I was just too lazy to plug it in.
Towards the end of the week I deemed the plant big enough to start LST. Day 13 I took some before and after pictures. By bending the plant over 90 degrees and holding the base of the stem firm with some ties, I have effectively exposed 3 lower nodes to be at about the same height as the top of the main stem. In the next week these nodes will then grow out and become strong just like the main stem. If done right this shouldn't stress the plant out too much and will create more opportunity for larger buds like the ones that usually grow at the top center of the plant.
Thanks for checking out the grow, and happy friday!

tDevGrower420 Happy Friday everyone! Been a long week but one thing that's kept me in a better mood is how much this plant has exploded in growth. So far I have been keeping the plant flat with ties but I see a ScrOG net in my near future.
It is honestly crazy to me what this plant looked like on day 13 at the end of last weeks post compared to now. In just a week, this plant has really filled in. No signs of flowering yet, but I will probably start seeing the preflower pistils within the next week or two.
Hopefully my plant keeps growing like a weed, so far I believe this may be my first "perfect grow" in a sense where I know I haven't done something unintended that slowed growth.
Aside from the LST I also decided to remove a couple leaves today that were getting in the way of up and coming bud sites. I don't like pruning autos if I don't have to, but under the leaves that I removed was still covered with the plants canopy. Those couple fan leaves were only blocking more future buds!
Thanks for checking out my grow :)
Edit: I also added a picture of my how this tents setup looks, and a picture of some Orange Peel Punch plants that I started a couple weeks ago. They will be going outside this summer. They are nonfemenized seeds though, so I plan to send a punch of their leaves for gender testing.

tDevGrower420 Middle of the week ScrOG net was installed. I will be aiming to train branches to the outside ring of the squares in the net by the end of next week. Assuming pre flower will start in next week/week and a half. Also installed my automatic watering drip system so this grow will be mostly auto pilot from here on. Will be checking the reservoir pH every day and refilling it once a week, but it should be more hands off for me now.
Did pick off a few fan leaves here and there, have more than I need to be keeping this plant going. Aimed for the ones that were blocking new growth that I couldn't just tuck under another branch. Great week of growth.
Thanks for checking out the update. Happy Friday!

tDevGrower420 Pretty hands off week. Checked nutrient reservoir a couple times to adjust pH, other than that I was just tucking branches under the net.
I was hoping by the end of this week I would have the branches reaching the walls and I would be starting to see preflower signs. It is safe to say that there is more than one leaf touching the walls and I'm beginning to see the little white pistil hairs appearing on the stem. Preflower has arrived!
I kind of just have to hope this plant does not stretch that much because I really only have another ~8in of head room above the light.

tDevGrower420 This week went by in a flash. Was super busy with work and didn't pay attention to the plant. I'm hoping stretch doesn't go on much longer because this plant is just about out of space. May have removed the LST ties from the pot too early causing the branches to be higher than usual. Will definitely remember this note for the next round.
Filled in most of the rest of the tent, anyways, so it was a great week.

tDevGrower420 This week I added in the sacred red spectrum LED light on day 44. We are well into flower and it seems like the stretch period is coming to an end.
I really have no more space to raise the light so this is perfect. You can see in some of the later in the week pictures that the branches in the back right especially were starting to grow way too high. There is quite literally nothing I could do to keep them down and I feel like super cropping would hurt these branches more than help them. If they start to look really stressed that may be the only option though.
For the most part the canopy is at a good distance from the light and I'm only seeing some light stress in a few spots.
Overall, the grow is looking like it's in a really good spot.
