This is my second grow, i had some problems with temperature running at 31 C. I think is growing slow, any advice would be appreciate

The temp is definitely making them grow slow ... Over 84 F basically makes all grow come to a stop .... I would add a few fans to your grow area or if it's a tent open it up and it will cool off ... I keep my tent between 77 - 79 F and at night it drops to 68-69 degrees
