Your plants look ok....so no need for real worries. Yes, temperature can be a problem, but hemp is a herb and you would be surprised what they can endure. Of course we want our ladies to have ideal circumstances, but if that is not the case....well, so be it. So keep light intensity down, distance up, increase ventilation. If you want to invest, buy an air cooler, or you decide to grow strains that are more resistant to heat, like strains from tropical countries for example. If you really dont like the result tastewise, beause the temp destroyed your terps, you might consider not growing indoors in summer.
