Seeds all popped fast i dont germinate my seeds i just plant in small plastic cups.. first year ever using clear DO NOT RECCOMEND with oregons spring humidity and rain mixed with the sun being able to reach the soil through the clear cup i had to do emergency transplanting because of mold growing on the outside of soil. Thankfully the soil and nutrient shipment showed up just in time
Snoops dream continues to stack wonderfully, the sirius black continues to have issues but unless its a male ill let it finish the season and see what happens, the blueberry and unknown seed are 2 weeks behind but steadily catching up hopefully the staggering of planting will help during harvest and i wont have to trim all 4 plants at once this of coarse is still tbd
So the sirius black is a super mutant and isnt going to produce a thing so i planted the bc cheese its getting a late start but it will be okay i havent pulled the Sirius black mostly because im curious to see what it does. Nothing else to report havent started nutrients im waiting for the guarantee of female before i pour hundreds of dollars into a male. Weather has been s**t i wish god would just handle the sun and let me control the watering....cold cloudy wet weather is slowing me down
Finally got some good weather and it shows, snoops dream is still stacking and filling out great shes going to get a trim i dont like foliage to touch soil and when she relaxes in the evening the bottom 4 or so nodes touch so off to the cloner they go, the blueberry has over taken the mystery seed even tho its a few days younger. The bc cheese is coming along bringing up the rear as the youngest plant. Before long ill start getting their area in the yard fenced and prepared and get all into 50 gal finish pots. ** I do want to add that now my nutrients are listed i do the liquid karma on tuesdays and the kind base/grow combo on fridays not all at once and im reducing suggested botanicare measurements by 25% because the fox farm ocean forrest soil is still fresh and therefore somewhat nutrient rich and it helps the plants adjust from no nutrients to the new super feedings to come**
Bad weather again, rain and cold cold but its oregon and the girls are keeping up, went almost full bore on nutrients this week on every stage except for the sunburnt mystery seed she is back to plain water and has been moved out of direct sunlight she will probably stay a porch monkey (no racial slur intended...we're taking it back) till end of season. Started prepairing security measures and ordering last few things for back half of season. Found a praying mantis egg sack hope it hatches and i have an army of mantises in the backyard
Things are still going well dispite horrible weather in oregon, I broke a branch on the snoops dream really pissed at myself for that but eh what can you do. The first 4 Snoops Dream clones have started to root so the next 4 shouldnt take long, ive sent a set of blueberry off to clone as well. Im happy to see the mystery seed trying to rebound from the horrible sunburn she recieved its weird none of the others had any issues but i also dont know the strain so it could just not need as much sun. Thinking about doing a throwback grow next year with Waui Waui, Acapulco Gold ect
Weather has been mild but not bad, ive finished taking all the clones im going to this summer 4 from each Snoops Dream, Blueberry and BC Cheese. Waiting on last shipment of fox farm ocean to do final transplant of snoops dream and blueberry, the mystery seed is also getting a spacious upgrade but not a full 40 gal pot because of its small size i dont think it needs a full sized pot. Time to get the three bigger girls spot in the yard cleaned up and fenced off... I hate how it says newbie lol im new to the site yes but I've grown since 09
7-14 It's been a very productive week, finished the 8x18 area black plastic down fence up only thing left is the gate couldnt get the hindges this weekend, transplanted all four plants to final containers and they are loving the room. Increased watering a bit so now they get kind base/grow on friday liquid karma on monday and a new straight water wednesday. Temps have been mid to high 80's 15 or so hours of daylight, looked today wont hit 12/12 until sep 27th i hate how late our season is here always worried about weather ** side note the only plant at 8 weeks is snoops dream blueberry is at 6 bc cheese at 4 the mystery seed is actuall a few days older then the blueberry but thats how bad the burn was**
Temperatures are a rising so ive upped the water schedule to one gallon a day as follows. Mon- nutrients Tue- straight water Wed- liquid karma Thu- straight water Fri- nutrients Sat- straight water Sun- straight water. All the plants are doing well the poor sunburnt mystery seed cant catch a break this week the husky decided to snack on her leaves little asshole he is.
7-23 f**king wind so bad today blew two of the plants completely over had to run and get cages and try and save em the branches on the snoops dream are all getting too heavy and falling over so im going to have to get out there and tie things up
Well after the storm everything has recovered and really starting to make that final push before flower going to start building drying racks, finding trimmers and ordering mason jars for curing
8-5, well yesterday had its ups and downs all three of the bigger plants started preflower the downside...my cannibus cup winning blueberry strain was a male so down to just bc cheese and snoops dream well the poor little sunburnt mystery seed but i dont reall count it if its a female it will have the smallest of yeilds. Weather has been well oregon, hot then rain then wind then hot again going to get the area prepaired for early rains just incase
8-10 been raining hard for three days now plants are really taking a beating out there
Horrible weather this past week it monsoon rained for three days the two reamaining girls are doing fine making that last push before full flowering the one on the porch is still coming along but wont produce much
8-13 started the frame to cover the girls from oregon rain now the seasons are changing top will be clear plastic topped with the open bottom for plenty of air flow. time to finish strong, no bud rot here also the sunburnt mystery plant showed her sex she will be small but we'll see how it turns out
Weather has returned to normal so i havent put the top on the grow yet, girls are making that final push before full flowering but hairs are popping everywhere
The bc cheese is really starting to fill in which i find humorous because its the youngest plant i have the snoops is a whole month older but now about a week behind the baby, small aphid issue but i have organic soap coming to fix them right up. I love this time of year
Well the week started okay, decent temps lots of sun but last night was a horrible wind storm that blew the snoops dream completely over the bucket couldnt handle the 7 foot plant being blown back and forth and tipped over luckly no branches broke. I sprayed with organic insecticidal soap to kill off the small aphid outbreak and am going to wash the plants with water the next couple of days before the flowers get to big. The mutant Sirius black has returned home, with the death of blueberry (male) i had a spot open and my uncle was getting worried his shithead tweeker step children were going to steal it so its safe in the garden and actually flowering
Weather has not cooperated all season, but im ready to put up the plastic to battle the rain and wind that is fast approaching. Buds are swelling...especially on the bc cheese but thats what you get with that strong indica genitics the snoops is filling in right behind but you can tell the sativa side of her is prominent,
Got the 6ml plastic up and vents cut just in time the rain is starting early this year, the two main plants (snoops dream & bc cheese) are just moving right along really starting to swell figure i have maybe 3 weeks to go before harvest. Still having a little aphid issue but nothing to concerning
Got our first snow of the year the other day temps have been 60- 25 day/night so put some heating units in the greenhouse to help my season continue a bit longer, been scoping the tricombs with a 60x they are everywhere but none are amber yet. Ordered 5 new trimming shears, 32 gallon glass jars, humidity packets, bubblebags ect drying racks are built and hung from the ceiling with care will start 2 week flush this next week or 2 at the most then the fun begins
Started flushing this week for harvest tricombs are nice and milky T minus 2 weeks till harvest. Drying racks are ready, jars have arrived, bubble bags and supplys are ready to go ill be happy when i can get a break for a couple of months
