Yahti Day 3 Watered 150mL bottom fed from tray | DLI 20 Day 7 2nd nodes are just coming in. One plant looks better than the other. Took light measurements and discovered the light bar wasn't level. The green plant looks a bit crispy, and was getting more light and soil is obviously damper. Fixed light and repositioned heater hose. I don't really like running seedlings in the 2x4 since the VPD is a lot harder to dial in (damn humidifier offset!!) but since I have a bunch of other garden veggies seedlings going this was the best approach. Funny enough the best plant so far has been a throwaway mystery seed (clear cup) from a pack I had which was started two days after these Glookies.

Yahti Transplanted into 5 gallon hangin out around 23 DLI This soil mix is low in N, so gave first feeding on day 12 (295ppm and 1L per plant). I gave a good drenching during the transplant to make sure a good bond forms on the plug. Seeing some minor moss on the topsoil, tent is not getting a lot of cycling using the 2x4 right now but not concerned. Now that I can dump the humidifier and growth will accelerate is will straighten itself out. Green glookies, some babies are just born ugly (and probably some transplant shock)...hopefully she grows out of this mutation/stress next week White Glookies, looks on track but a bit small ?? seed, looks typical size but needs some nutes. This pot is only a 3 gallon. I'm reusing a pot/soil, after just removing the root ball (from my last autos full harvest and soil flushed) I want to test out what people say about continuing the myko fungal network that formed and faster growth. I tried this years ago when I started but at that time I was using 500ppm (tons of calcium) tap water, and always had horrible results around week 4 seeing all sorts of lockout issues. Using RO water now so will be interesting to see the results on this one.

Yahti Green Glookies is starting to turn the corner, stripped off the mutated growth. Nice broad leaves White Glookies looks good I added an Ecowitt WH-52. These are super cheap () and was just released (v2) I like collecting data this gives soil temp, EC, and moisture so figured why not.. I followed the calibration verification (air and glass of water) as stated in the manual but found out you really need to calibrate in the soil your using. Instead of water and air calibrate in bone dry soil mix and drenched soil mix and you can adjust the AD offset. Look forward to seeing how this data looks ?? seed - Looking OK. Looks like a narrow leaf (sativa) dominant. Soil is still quite wet hopefully greens up once she dries back.

Yahti So this week will cover about a week and a half...I dislike how GD counts germination as it own week so instead of fartin around copy and pasting, the end of this post is day 28 Did a topping of all three plants Went out of town and these are the pics when I got back. Plants got a strong dryback. After gave a good drenching of 3L over the course of the day. Day 23 watered 3L | DLI 29 Day 26 watered 5.6L @ 663ppm for each plant | DLI 33 Day 27 Tent has been getting soggy at lights off and even on max the fan can't get below 75%... so it was finally time to go ham.. Removed the lower stuff that gets in the way of watering and some fans shading. Did LST all over. Gonna dial back the light intensity a bit and next two weeks are all recovery, no pruning only LST. Tent conditions haven't been ideal. Green Glookies is still a wanker but new growth seems to be good. White Glookies is the leader ?? Seed .. Not sure what this one's issue is, It either the recycled soil being too lean on nutes, or due to the fact the exhaust fan is on that side of the tent. Fan has been running alot so this one is getting dried out hopefully she adapts. Probably a combination of both.
