this is my last week of veg under 400w mh , i had some problems last week so i did a flush with RO water and gave the girls a little dose of nitrogen ( 0.5 ml/l ) now my plants have other problem and im still not sure what is it... i think it looks like a potassium or maybe mag def but not sure . at the moment very very slow growth and leaves don't look healthy today i have to switch light to 12/12 and start flowering my schedule is tight . any help from experienced growers would be much appreciated :)

We need more informations please. Watering and feeding schedule and how close is your light from the plant. You got yellowing leaves in the bottom (N deficiency) and purple stems (Mg deficiency) . Mg deficiency is due to too much light (light too close or too powerful) or it could be due to too much water (overwatered roots can't intake nutrients). N deficiency could be due to a lack of Nitrogen in the media or it could be due to overwatering (as I said, overwatered roots can't intake nutrients). There could be many factors, this is why you must put as much information that you can if you wanna find your problem.

my growing space is 2m X 1m / 180cm hight . for the past 6 weeks of veg i have used my 400w mh 60 cm from the tops , temp during veg grow was between 29-31 Celsius . the ladies are in 12 liter pots coco as for watering and feeding during WEEKS 1 2 3 4 - i water them when the coco has dried enough (i just lift the pot for reference ) usually it took between 3-4 days after i gave 750ml each plant ( im trying to spread the watering into a few sessions during the day ) it just seems they like it that way better then watering them with the whole 750ml at once... every watering included nutrients : - atami A+B for coco ( 0.3ml/l ) - House&Garden roots excelurator ( 0.2ml/l) WEEK 5 - i have experienced some slow growth and yellowing leaves at the bottom of the plant so i assumed it was N def so i gave it some nitrogen during the feed they didnt seem to respond to it and the leaves looked worse every day so i did as someone suggested in one of the forums and i flushed the girls in the 5th day of week 5 with plain RO water . now we're here in week 6 and they dont look very well ...

@JUNGLE_B4RNS,what would be the perfect ec for my next feedings ?

@herboo,hmm, it's gonna be tough.... she's gonna need the perfect feeding, I suggest you to get an EC meter to know the exact amount of feeding. And keep on checking your drain on each watering.
