The Great Outdoor Potpourri 2026

Aircoholic All 4 seedlings look lovely! They all germinated in about 4/5 days, all look healthy and vital. so far the start of this outdoor grow is looking really promising.

Aircoholic Not much has happened n the last week - mainly because I overwatered the plants. The soil I'm using is completely new to me, and I'm not used to how it stores water, so I gave 250 ml when the topsoil was very dry, but there was immediate runoff of almost the same amount, so the soil in the pot was still plenty moist. So, now I'll let them dry out more thoroughly, hoping they still recover and grow up soon, so I can bring them outside.

Aircoholic This is the last update on this grow. Unfortunately I did water them too much, because the soil seemed dry in the top layer, which it was, but further down the pot it was apparently still moist when I gave more water. It sucks, but I've drowned them all, I'm afraid. I'm a bit sad about it, but I had to stop the grow, since the plants were dramatically underdeveloped, still only 1 node, first real leafs not fully grown and after 15 days, there should be about 2-3 nodes and a couple more leafs. And since autoflowering plants are not very forgiving when it comes to mistakes, especially early on, I had to accept that I stunted their growth too much for them to recover from before going into flower. Anyway, I'm excited about the outdoor grow, so I've started a new diary with a new mix with the same selection of seeds. Hopefully with better results.
