MyDankDog Placed two Sweet Seeds Bloody Skunk Auto beans in a glass of spring water.

MyDankDog Bloody Skunk Auto Seedling Experiment - 2 Weeks
Testing 3 different starts with Sweet Skunk x Red Poison Auto.
Bean A (14 days)
Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Potting Mix + pH 6.1 spring water → ragged, deformed leaves, yellow tips.
Bean B (13 days)
Inert peat puck + pH 6.1 spring water → lopsided but better color.
Bean C (12 days)
Inert peat puck + pH 6.1 distilled water → healthiest by far, symmetrical & vibrant.
Takeaway:
Even “seedling-specific” Miracle-Gro is too hot for autos early on.
Bean C (pure distilled, inert puck) is winning.
I normally use 70/30 coco/perlite, but this test proves less is more in the first 2-3 weeks.
All started with purple stems (normal genetics) now going green.
pH 6.1 across the board.
Keeping two, one indoor, one outdoor. Third is being adopted.
Plan: Flush Bean A today.
Anyone else had issues with Miracle-Gro Seed Starting Mix on autos?
