potatolord111 Autoflowers on my balcony always produce very little, but photos, when they are only ready by mid-October, only get 3-4 hours of sun at the end, so I decided to go for a Fast Flowering strain and want to see what happens with that. The GG4 Sherbet is supposed to handle cold regions and bad weather well. Perfect for a German autumn. I wanted to mix my own soil to go peat-free. That's why I tried it out.

potatolord111 I think I need to get used to the fact that photos grow a bit slower than autos. This week was also extremely hot. Next week will be better. Just one more node, then I'll top.

I grew the plant on my balcony, and I definitely don't get 12-18 hours of sunlight there, more like half of that. But the result turned out to be amazing. I also experimented with the soil, and that didn't go so well from my perspective. I had issues with fertilizing too, as I was following an indoor artificial light schedule and eventually realized I was over-fertilizing the plant completely. So despite many mistakes, it’s a strong result, which just speaks for the pheno. I just thought that for being supposed to be Fast Flowering, it still took until mid-October. I found that quite long.

potatolord111 The trichomes turned brown slowly. Considering that a flowering time of 7-8 weeks was indicated, I found it quite long (about 11 weeks), especially since people who want a more relaxing high would surely have waited another week.
