🍊 Ethos Mandarin Cookies V2 – Day 14
Alongside the autos, there’s also a Mandarin Cookies V2 from Ethos Genetics in this run.
The plant is currently still in a small pot with about 1.5 liters of volume and is developing without any issues so far. The growth looks compact, the leaf color is healthy, and the new shoots are coming in nicely.
Since the Mandarin Cookies is not an autoflower, I don't have any time pressure here and I'm letting it grow relaxed for now while the autos take their course.
So far, it looks vigorous and shows no abnormalities. Let's see how it develops in the next weeks compared to the autos. 🍊🌱

Sense63 🍊 Ethos Mandarin Cookies V2 | Day 18
Hello everyone 👋
In addition to the five RF3 cars, I also have a Mandarin Cookies V2 from Ethos Genetics growing. I want to keep a separate grow report for it so that I can better compare its development with the cars later on.
Currently, it is at Day 18 from germination and is in the same tent with the cars.
? Setup
Tent: Spider Farmer 90 × 90 × 180 cm
Light: Spider Farmer SE3000
51 % power
about 70 cm distance
PPFD about 350–360 µmol/m²/s
🌡️ Climate
Day:
25–26 °C
Night:
about 21 °C
Humidity:
mostly between 55–65 %
Since it is growing alongside the cars, it is currently under the same conditions as the rest of the grow.
🌱 Substrate & Pot
The Mandarin Cookies is currently still in a small pot with about 1.4 liters of volume.
Used was:
Biobizz Light-Mix
Worm humus
Startrex
Since it will be repotted later, there is currently no Biotab in the pot.
💧 Watering
When setting up, the substrate was initially moistened.
On 06.06.2026, the plant was watered together with the cars.
Used was:
Water
Bactrex
Orgatrex
Due to the smaller pot, it received significantly less solution than the cars. The amount of water was approximately 500 ml or a little less.
🌱 Development
The Mandarin Cookies is the plant in the back right of the tent in the current pictures.
From the beginning, it was a bit special as it started with three cotyledons. So far, this does not seem to have negatively affected its development.
Currently, it is growing steadily and evenly. It is still a bit smaller than the strongest plants in the tent, but that doesn't bother me at the moment.
The new growth looks healthy and the leaf color is also fitting.
Since it is still in the small pot, the focus right now is mainly on expanding its root system.
📸 Current Impression
I am currently satisfied with the development.
The plant looks healthy, shows no noticeable discoloration, and is developing without problems so far.
Currently, I just let it grow and observe how it develops after the upcoming repotting.
🚀 Outlook
Next, the Mandarin Cookies will be repotted into a larger pot.
After that, I will decide when and in what form I start training. Since it is photoperiodic, I have significantly more flexibility here than with the cars and can patiently wait for its further development.
I am curious to see how it develops in the coming weeks and how it will compare directly to the RF3 cars later on.
Until the next update 🍊🌱✌️

Sense63 Week 7 | Grow Day 41 | Ethos Genetics – Mandarin Cookies V2
The Mandarin Cookies V2 continues to develop excellently. The topping in week 5 has fully paid off by now. The plant has recovered very well and has built a uniform, open canopy with several strong main shoots. Thanks to the subsequent Low Stress Training, all the shoot tips are getting enough light and are developing almost at the same height.
Today, on Grow Day 41, the plant is in a very vital state. The leaf color is vibrant and even, the stems are sturdy, and the internodes are pleasantly compact. The first signs of flowers are already visible at the shoot tips – a sign that the transition to flowering has been successfully initiated.
The plant is making very good use of the space in the tent and has a stable structure that provides a good foundation for the upcoming flowering phase. The current pictures show no clear signs of nutrient deficiencies or over-fertilization. Overall, the Mandarin Cookies V2 looks healthy and vigorous.
Current Status
Grow Day: 41
Grow Week: 7
Light Cycle: 12/12
Development Phase: Early Flowering
Training: Topping in week 5, followed by Low Stress Training (LST)
Health Status: Very Good
Special Features: Even growth, strong side shoots, and a well-structured plant.
Goal for next week: Monitor stretch, continue to balance the canopy, and document flower development.
The development is proceeding exactly as planned. The plant has coped very well with the training and is starting flowering with a stable structure.

Sense63 Week 8 | Grow Day 46 | 11.07.2026
The Mandarin Cookies V2 is continuing to develop exactly as planned. Since the last documentation, the plant has gained significant volume and the crown has further closed up. The topping in week 5, along with the subsequent Low-Stress Training, is now ensuring a very even distribution of the main branches and optimal lighting for all future flower sites.
In the current pictures, the plant is showing a very vigorous state. The leaf color is dark green and uniform, the branches are strong and stable. The growth is compact, the internodes remain pleasantly short, forming an excellent foundation for dense flower development.
The stretch is currently at its peak and is slowly approaching the end. Numerous white pistils are now visible at all branch tips, while the first flower clusters are clearly forming. The plant is increasingly concentrating its energy on flower production.
Thanks to the open plant structure, light penetrates deep into the lower part of the crown. This promises an even development of the side branches and a good utilization of the entire plant during the upcoming flowering weeks.
Current Status
Date: 11.07.2026
Grow Day: 46
Grow Week: 8
Strain: Ethos Genetics – Mandarin Cookies V2
Light Cycle: 12/12
Flowering Phase: Early Flowering (approx. Flowering Week 1–2)
Training: Topping in Week 5, followed by LST
Health Status: Excellent
Development: Even crown, strong main branches, and very good start of flower formation.
The Mandarin Cookies V2 has so far shown exactly the characteristics I hoped for from this genetics. The growth is robust, the plant has coped excellently with the training and is starting the main flowering phase with a stable structure. In the next two weeks, the stretch should be fully completed and the focus will be entirely on the densification of the flowers and the increasing resin production.

Sense63 Week 11 | Grow Day 67 | 07/31/2026
The Mandarin Cookies V2 is now in the middle of flowering and has significantly increased its flower mass since the last update. The previously evenly structured plant is now paying off: all main branches are developing strong colas that are becoming increasingly dense and maturing evenly.
The buds are now well-formed and covered with a visible layer of trichomes. Resin production is continuously increasing, indicating an intense aroma and high quality at harvest time.
The leaf color is still predominantly a strong green. Some larger fan leaves are slowly starting to age, which is completely normal at this flowering stage. Overall, the plant looks healthy, vigorous, and shows no noticeable signs of deficiencies or pest infestations.
Thanks to topping in week 5 and subsequent low-stress training, a uniform canopy with several strong main branches has been established. The light distribution is very balanced, allowing even the lower flower sites to develop well.
Current Status
Date: 07/31/2026
Grow Day: 67
Grow Week: 11
Light Cycle: 12/12
Flowering Phase: About week 5 of flowering
Training: Topping (week 5) and LST
Health Status: Very good
Resin Production: Significantly increasing
Flower Development: Strong main colas, good density, and even development
Outlook
In the next two to three weeks, the Mandarin Cookies V2 is expected to gain most of its weight. The focus is now on further densifying the flowers, increasing resin production, and maturing the trichomes until the optimal harvest time. The development so far is very promising and meets the expectations for this genetic variety.
