First grow

First week. All four seeds popped between wet towels in 3 days. Went straight to final pot in pre-soaked bat mix soil straight under lights on 18/12 and they came through in 2 days. This is my first grow and wasn't comfortable in putting up so went straight to final. Not sure if I should have kept the lights on before they came out but it's a learning curve on the first go and so far all are looking good. 6 days from the seeds coming through the post I've got the first set of leaves. Any suggestions from here on in would he appreciated.
