finisnoctae Put the seeds directly into the soil on 25.04 and kept them in a small growstarter/mini lighthouse in the wintergarden by day, in a dark evenly temperature room by night. Daytime temps were 25-35, nighttime around 18-20 degrees. First emergence from soil was 29.04, fully open cotyledons on 30.04 so this is where I start counting veg. I dont know why i cannot alter the number of total seeds, but all 3/3 germinated nicely

finisnoctae I kept the wintergarden - indirect light and inside over the night approach before transplanting. Temperatures were again 25-35 degree over day, 18ish at night. I watered when the mini pots were mostly dry, by emerging the bottom in water. I transplanted pretty early (first emergence of roots out of the small substrate pots) because I had to leave for a weekend shortly after. When in the pots I put them in the wintergarden for all of the night and most of the day (indirect light) and slowly accustomed them to direct sunlight (1h increments in the morning). Watering was done twice this week with 100-150 ml of water in a ring roughly 8cm away from the stem. Progress felt quite nice at this point. Also I baptisted the first two as Hanfelore and Maria Joanna.

finisnoctae I was away for part of this week and also weather desided to be bad. Daytime temps were below 18 and nighttime just above 5°C. After getting them used to sun they basically did not see any this week. Growth alos felt very slow, as shown in the pictures which are beginning and end of week 2. Watering was not really necessary due to the rain, even though they were partially protected by an overhang. Also the last plant was baptized Hanf Dieter.

finisnoctae This week was similiarly bad as week 2. Almost now direct sun, much rain and miserable temperatures both day and night. Growth happened but was almost neglectible. Also I noticed Maria Joanna was standing somewhat in the wind, making a 60° tilt at one point. Since then she has been slightly quirky.

finisnoctae Finally good weather and man does it show. I had basically written them off at some point but this week gave me hope. I was away again for a few days but after that we had a nice stretch of sun. Daytime temperatures above 25 and nighttime not under 15 mostly (last night of the week was 12). I stepwise increased watering to 650 ml per plant saturating the pot and only leaving the area around the stem dry. Also on day 26 they got their first feeding with 1ml/L Bio Bizz Bio Growth. Maria Joanna had another accident laying tilted at 90° at some point. I lifted her up and solidifed the soil around her. Seems to be working so far. Luckily they are finally showing increased vigor and now signs of preflower yet.

finisnoctae This week was mixed again. Lots of rain and cloudy periods but also more sunshine then expected from the forecast. Temperatures were moderate (15-25 degree). I put them under cover/in the wintergarden when heavy rain or wind hit. I increased incremently to 650 ml with 2 ml/L Biobizz Grow per plant. End of week 4 early week 5 Hanfelore and Marie Joanna showed pistils, Hanf Dieter still has none at the beginning of week 6. All of them developed nice sideshoots (2 big pairs and one small pair for all of them, the Hanfelore and Marie Joanna also have a medium sized pair) At the end of week 5 the two mature girls have pistils at multiple places on the main stem and the tops of the bigger sidestems. TLDR: Besides the mixed weather they are growing nicely

finisnoctae It has been another mixed week. Overall better than the forecast but still mostly clouds, much rain, and veeery windy. I keep seeing a few whiteflies and aphids here and there, but gathering them by hand helps a lot. They grew suprisingly well for the weather (~8 cm in a week) but I am still torn between "They will end up just fine" and "They will probably give a dissapointing yield". Anyhow I started with biobloom this week but kept the grow, hoping they will still stretch a little. Smell is noticable now. Before you had to actively smell the plant, now it is sourrunded by a cloud of haze. Love it.
