You need to transplant to a much BIGGER container.. it wil stunt the growth a bit but because it’s not an autoflower it isn’t going to harm them to much. You need at least a 25L container so the roots have room to grow. Also, the bigger the pot the bigger the yield.
Give it one more transplant to her final container.
I grew this strain in the past.. low yield (my fault) but great high.
