The time will come when each one shows her character, and then her name will appear where it truly belongs. This first week has passed in silence, although the most important things are happening beneath the substrate. While the change is barely noticeable from above, the roots are starting to explore their new home. She's developed a curious leaf fusion, with "siamese" leaves that make her completely unique. One of those little genetic oddities that, instead of being a concern, give her even more personality. Besides being beautiful, she continues to grow with the same strength and vitality as her sisters. While they write their differences on the leaves, beneath the substrate, everything is going according to plan. After weeks of building roots, leaves, and structure, the three sisters have decided it’s time to show what they were born for. The growth continues to be excellent. The cabinet is bursting with life, and each plant maintains a strong and very leafy structure. All three plants have started to show very similar behavior: they struggle to drink, they struggle to eat, and they keep their leaves somewhat droopy for a good part of the day. There are no serious symptoms or clear signs of nutrient lockout or diseases, but there are enough indications to think that the root system needs a little help before we keep demanding more from it. Instead of insisting on feeding, we've decided to listen to the plants. Great White Premium has been reapplied, watering has been spaced out to promote substrate oxygenation, and patience has been chosen. The pistils are multiplying everywhere, and the resin production is already visible. Every day they release more aroma, and the grow is starting to look like a real sugar garden. ✨ After last week's doubts, it seems that spacing out the waterings and adding mycorrhizae has been a success. The plants have regained a good appearance, are eating better, and the development is much more uniform. Compared to last week, there's more development and greater density at the tips, with many well-distributed buds throughout the plant. It maintains a fairly compact stature and is making excellent use of the space. 🍁 Maple Maple continues to grow at its own pace, but this week the advancement of the flowers is especially noticeable. The buds have gained size and definition compared to week 3, and the plant has a very loaded structure of tips. The flowers are starting to stand out clearly among the foliage. 🍰 Glaze Glaze has also made a good push. It looks more advanced than the previous week, with numerous flowers already quite formed and an impressive amount of pistils. It continues to maintain that lush look that has accompanied us since the beginning of the grow. 📸 Comparison week 3 → week 4 The difference compared to the previous photos is quite clear: 🌱 More floral volume in all three. 🌸 The buds are much more defined and are starting to gain body. ? The trichomes are really starting to take center stage, and each week we notice more of the potential of these three little gluttons. 🍓 Sprinkles is moving along at a very good pace. Compared to last week, there's more volume in the buds and quite a bit more resin. The flowers are gaining body and are starting to have that compact, frosty look we were waiting for. It's still very loaded with tips and seems to be making the most of this flowering phase. 🍓✨ 🍁 Maple is making its way, although this week we've detected something that deserves attention: a noticeable lack of nitrogen, especially in the foliage. It doesn't seem to have slowed down flower development, as the buds continue to fatten and accumulate resin, but we want to correct that deficiency and will adjust the nitrogen supply in the next watering to try to keep it balanced while it continues to fill out the flowers. Other than that, the evolution compared to week 4 is very good: more size, more floral structure, and more resin. 🌸 🍰 Glaze is a little slower than her sisters. Overall, all three are healthy and everything is evolving well, with no major surprises this week. After all the little adventures at the beginning, it's nice to have a week where we can just look at the plants and think: yes, this is going in the right direction. 😂 🍓 Sprinkles continues to be one of the standouts. Compared to week 5, there’s noticeably more volume in almost all the flowers, which are continuing to compact and gain structure. You can also increasingly see the resin on the flowers and leaves near the buds. It maintains a very tip-heavy structure and is making great use of this flowering phase. 🍁 Maple has improved since last week. After noticing that slight nitrogen deficiency, this week it looks more balanced, with the flowers developing normally. The buds are continuing to fatten up and the resin is becoming more and more evident. Compared to week 5, it’s clear that it has gained quite a bit of floral presence and is gradually reaching that more mature flowering look. They already have that frosty look we were aiming for from the beginning. ❄️🍩 The three are still evolving in the same order: 🍓 Sprinkles It continues to be the most advanced. The buds are very well-formed, compact, and loaded with resin. The overall structure is holding up very well, and it's becoming clear that it's entering a stage more focused on finishing maturing than on continuing to grow in structure. 🍁 Maple It has continued to bulk up and fill in the spaces that still looked a bit more open last week. The resin production has increased a lot, and the flowers are looking increasingly compact. After the slight imbalance we saw earlier, the overall evolution now looks much more balanced. 🍰 Glaze It remains the slowest of the three, as we saw last week, but it continues to make progress. The buds have gained size and are starting to have much more presence. It’s going at its own pace, but visually the progression is clear, and there’s nothing that particularly worries me at this moment. The most obvious change is the bulking up and accumulation of resin. Last week they already had a good structure, but this week the flowers look quite a bit more finished and visually heavy. You can also start to see the transition towards maturity more clearly, while the overall health continues to be maintained. I don’t see any concerning changes in the general appearance, and all three plants are telling their own version of the same story: Sprinkles is ahead, Maple is keeping pace, and Glaze is coming in a bit behind, but it’s coming. 🌱📖 The truth is that for week 7, they are looking very nice, very resinous, and with some pretty serious buds. The plant is starting to show that end-of-cycle look, with the foliage gradually losing its green and leaving all the spotlight to the flowers. 🍓Sprinkles is very advanced, with large flowers and a spectacular layer of resin. 🍁Maple has recovered very well after its nutritional problems and finishes with some beautiful buds. 🍯Glaze, the slowest from the beginning, has also reached a very nice final stretch, although it needs a few more days than the Hella Jelly to completely wrap up its story. During the drying, we also saw a slight change in color expression. The pink tones and other nuances we appreciated when fresh have softened quite a bit, giving way to a more predominant green, but it's still a beautiful green with a very appealing final look. And the best part came when we tried it. 🍬🍩 The aromatic and flavor profile has remained very sweet, with that character that clearly reminds us of candies and sweets, just the type of profile we expected from Jelly Donutz. We really liked it. The buds have retained good density, thickness, and an excellent layer of resin, so the drying did not detract from the result we saw on the plant. It has been a variety with a lot of personality: bushy, with heavy leaves and a somewhat “ploff” stature, thick buds, very resinous, and with a sweet candy profile that has won us over.
