Aircoholic Alright, one last attempt of an outdoor grow for this year. The last two have failed spectacularly. I was chasing watering issues and suspected the pot, but it turns out the soil was the issue. This time, I'm planting the seeds directly in super light seedling soil, with a pinch of Dynomyco in the hole the seed goes into and directly into AirPots. This time things should work out, I'm optimistic. Regarding the seed selection, this isn't the selection I would've loved to plant outside. Because of the late start (due to the two failed attempts), two factors became vitally important, growtime and bud density. Gelato Automatic is a good example of a difficult decision - she's growing fast enough, however Gelato is known to produce pretty dense buds, which could cause a mold risk in late summer, early autumn. We'll see, fingers crossed for this final attempt!

Aircoholic Alright, We have quadruple liftoff! All plants have poked their heads out of the soil after 4 days of Germination. The 2 Fast Buds Seeds were the first, the others followed half a day later. The best thing is, they already look so much better than the seedlings in the last two attempts, that I feel it really was the soil. Lemongrass Auto is even showing some happy turgor in its leafs, which makes me happy, because Lemongrass came out of it's shell with these white tips on the leafs, but turns out, that wasn't anything serious. Now they have about 2 weeks indoors, where they can grow and veg, before they move to their final location in the great outdoors. Fingers crossed that this time goes according to plan.

Aircoholic The four really rode the heat wave pretty well! Lemon Pie looks a bit pale and underdeveloped though, not sure what the issue is with her. It sure raises a lot of trauma from the last 2 failed attempts, but this time I changed the soil completely. Could be watering issues. Could be bad genetics. Will try to run her a bit more on the dry side for a bit, only watering her, when her pot is really light. The others look great though, especially Gelato Automatic, which is a first little surprise, as I've not really heard much at all about the Breeder. In a couple of days I'll start ramping up the light gradually, so it's at peak brightness when they move outside - hopefully the sun won't be too tough on them. Anyhow, so far so good, only about a week left before the great move outdoors.
