myfin02 I plant the seeds directly into Jiffy pellets and keep them in a humid environment. At first, I cover everything with a plastic bag, and once they germinate, I switch to a cut-off plastic bottle.

myfin02 The plant is growing slower than I expected. According to what I've read, it could be because it has a lot of root space, but I’m not entirely convinced. The leaves don't look very healthy either. It seems like it suffered from shock after I removed the plastic bottle. I’ve increased the PPFD to 200 and I’m trying to keep the VPD around 1. It’s not easy, though—whenever I turn on the fan, the humidity drops. Right now, I'm in a phase where there isn't enough humidity, but I know that over time, I'll face the opposite problem. I’m still watering lightly and mostly around the plant to encourage the roots to spread out. The seed was reluctant to germinate from the very start, so I think it might just be a weaker specimen. The Fast Eddy in the pot next to it looks much better. However, my last plant had the exact same issues early on and eventually grew into a strong, healthy plant. I’m also applying the first watering with worm tea. The tea was brewed using 100g of my own worm castings from the vermicomposter and a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses per 4 liters of water. I gave the plant a more thorough watering this time and shared the rest of the tea among my houseplants.

myfin02 I’ve adjusted the light distance to 45cm from the top of the plant and I'm keeping the PPFD at 300. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to maintain constant humidity and temperature. Sometimes I have to unzip the tent slightly to stabilize the environment. It's a small tent, so it's really difficult to dial in the exhaust fan speed to hit those optimal values. I also did the first LST bend. The stem was already starting to get stiff, and doing it any later would have been risky. I think I should have started LST a few days earlier.

myfin02 I changed the light intensity to 400 PPFD and, after a few days, bumped it up to 450 PPFD, maintaining a distance of 45cm from the top of the plant. The plant is now in pre-flower. I'm still practicing LST, trying to keep the tops spaced out and at the same height. It’s going pretty well. This week, I also did another watering with worm tea. This time, it was brewed using 150g of BioBizz Worm Humus, 1.5 teaspoons of kelp meal, and about 1 tablespoon of molasses per 5 liters of water. The plant has a total of 6 promising tops at the same height. I think the LST is working out great.

myfin02 This week, I did some light defoliation to clear out the inner canopy. The plant is quite low, which made watering difficult, and I also did it as a mold prevention measure. I removed the tiny bottom bud sites (popcorn buds) as well.

myfin02 I’ve gradually increased the light intensity to its maximum. Right now, I'm maintaining 600 PPFD at a distance of 45cm from the tops. My exhaust fan is struggling to keep up, causing both temperature and humidity to fluctuate significantly. I’m trying to keep the humidity under 60%, and whenever it spikes, I have to open the tent. There's a risk of pest infestation because of this, but I've been lucky so far. The buds are starting to get covered in trichomes, and the plant is really nice to look at. Aside from a few spots on the older leaves, I don't see any signs of disease, mold, or pests. I also did the final watering with worm tea. The recipe was the same as last time, with the only difference being that it bubbled for 30 hours instead of 24.

myfin02 The serrated edges of some leaves have started turning yellow. Based on my research, this could be a magnesium and calcium deficiency. It's true that I didn't apply the Lurpe top dress here, as I assumed an autoflower wouldn't need it and that the Bionova living soil would be enough. So, I added two heaping tablespoons of top dress, mixed it with a bit of substrate so it wouldn't be as dusty, and applied it to the soil surface of the pot. I also prepared a watering with a little Epsom salt—0.5g per 1.5 liters of water in total. The day before, I let the plant dry out a bit, dropping down to 29% soil moisture. I watered with this mixture and then added another half-liter of plain water, making it two liters in total. Today, it seems like the plant drank it all up, so I couldn't resist giving it another half-liter. The next watering will probably be done by feel, as I don't think I can trust the sensor anymore. One older leaf showed signs of pest damage, see photo. According to the analysis, it's likely thrips, but I haven't found a single one anywhere on the plant. I removed the leaf and won't stress about it for now. Additionally, this morning I did some light thinning, cutting away the popcorn buds that weren't getting any light, and generally improved airflow through the canopy.

myfin02 Now I'm just waiting and keeping an eye on the appearance of the buds and trichomes. No signs of mold or pests. The photos show the development of a bud, taken every day at the same time.

myfin02 Once again, I'm just keeping an eye on the color of the pistils and trichomes. They still seem immature to me. I got a clip-on macro lens for my phone. It's really hard to take a good picture, but you can see they are still quite clear. This is the first time I've made it this far with an autoflower. I’d love to get an opinion from more experienced growers—is this ready for harvest, or does it still need some time? Thank you!

My 1st 100% organic run (no bottled nutes). Watered only with natural spring water (ideal pH/hardness). Soil has my own worm castings. Buds are huge, dense & fragrant! Experienced organic growers, please review my setup so I can improve on the next plant. Thanks!
