Only water for the first 2 weeks. My dog decided to dig her up the first week after starting her outside for a natural schedule. She has recovered nicely, maybe not as large as she should be. Because of my pup and the 100° Mississippi heat, I opted for the SpaceBucket.
Week 2 is actually week 3.
Only giving water.
My dog decided he loved the plant so much, The he would dig her up when left outside!
I guess I am lucky the plant was young and she seems like she recovered very well. I think she is stunted, because she looks small compared to others I have seen.
I’m about to crack open and beer and wish for the best.
Gave Smurf her 1st feed. There is a little discoloration on one of the leaves, maybe from too much nutrients?
She seems a little small going into her 4th week. Had to replant after my dog dig her up @ week 2. Seems like she is a week behind schedule when browsing everyone else’s grow. But she is starting to grow fast, Hope it continues and shoots up soon!
Backlog: Left for vacation so I decided to move an actual 5 gallon bucket. I also added a self-watering system (water bottle with some needle wholes in the cap) & had a friend fill it back up every few days.
The light schedule was changed to 12-12. This was done because the length of the trip would be quite a while and I will not be around to LST. I figured 24hr light would have it growing faster, so to slow it down a little, I would switch to 12-12. Could be wishful thinking. I’m growing in a space bucket style trash can and I was afraid it might start touching the lights or burning. Check out my rig in the photo.
I didn’t realize I Updated the wrong week. My journal will be a little confusing now lol. Did a little training so the plant will not outgrow the stealth bucket. I think I had a little light burn, so I moved the light a little higher and turned off the 360°. Maybe it will start to stretch a little more.
I’ve only been using miracle grow on this little miracle plant, but I think I will feed it Fox Farms Bloom this week.
