I know I should have started this journal earlier but didn’t have much time, so these are clones of my previous plants, there are 2Kush. K1 is is on week 6, K2 week 8
As you can see Kush n2 is the most mature and has turned purple due to the cold at night, around 7degrees Celsius. I’m really excited on trying to do better than last time, harvest might be actually pretty soon for the mature kush because of this weather, keeping an eye on these cloudy trichomes... 😋
Friday 21st June

Getting really cold, kush1 is also starting to purple a bit.
These plants would have been beasts if the weather was right..
Kush 2 is STILL not ready and am not seeing any change, will give it another week and I think I’ll cut it down
UPDATE Sunday 23rd
Looks like both are getting pretty soon, think I’ll give it a few more days then chop both
UPDATE Tuesday 25th
Harvested the K2! The smell and the look of the buds are amazing even though it’s a small yield.
But obviously something had to go wrong and I missed on a whole colony of aphids, Spotted on 2branches of the plant only, got rid of 95% during manucure as most were on the leaves, then did a bud wash through a recipe I found on the net using baking soda and lemon, hopefully if some survived they should leave during the drying process..

What do you think about the K1 an K2? Should I give it a few more days before harvest or should I chop them now? Or maybe just the K1 for now as it looks more mature, let me know thanks
Very happy with this strain, my second grow ever. I’ll definitly try do better outdoors this year in September, with the kush and new strains coming...
@CoastGrower, I wouldn’t really know sorry it’s my second time growing only 😅..
All I know is Sativa’s grow taller normally. But I think you can get nice big buds with either, some strains grow buds with plenty leaves and some you can harvest with hardly any leaves on
@CannaChris, yesterday I visited a friend with the same kind of buds.. they look huge colas bit when you look closer it’s mostly leaves and very fiew white hairs. That plant is in a green house so it’s really warm in there.
Are those buds typical for sativas?
@CoastGrower, hey thanks it’s hard to tell for the ones that just started flowering and one of the two is the 2046 which is a Sativa type unlike the Kush that’s indica. But to be honest the buds aren’t very dense I’m putting that on the cold and lack of sunlight...
