stutch Seeds went into water on 16.07, then into the Root Riot on 18.07. Everything so far has been with osmosis water, this time I'm using Peter's Combi Sol with calcium nitrate and Epsom salt + hydrogen peroxide as fertilizer.

stutch Root Riots ftw, the plant is growing and looks healthy. Mixing nutrients is relatively easy, thanks to dry fertilizers. Water comes out at 5.6-5.8 right after mixing without pH correction and slowly rises to 6.0. I should have bought the reverse osmosis system much earlier, thanks @ggb420. Best person!

stutch The second week is going relatively uneventfully. The osmosis water has caused very few problems so far, and the pH level is very stable. The large leaves are slightly curled, probably a bit too much heat for the plant. The light distance has been slightly increased, and it should get better again now :)

stutch Even though the plant looks great, I had some concerns this week. Input EC according to my meter was about 2.4, but the drain EC was around 3.3-3.4. Since input should equal output +/- 0.3, I flushed with Terra Aquatica FlashClean for a day to wash out some salts from the substrate. After that, everything was fine, and I filled the Autopot reservoir on 06.08. I let the tray fill up once as a test and then shut off the inflow, let's see how long it takes for the plant to suck it dry.

stutch After having slightly elevated EC values in the water last week, everything was back to normal after 24 hours and a bit of FlashClean. I then installed the Autopot system and mixed up 10 liters of nutrient solution. About 2-3 liters are left, the plant is developing great and I'm satisfied.

stutch The plant is growing really well, I'm currently very satisfied. On 08/20, I added 20 liters of nutrient solution with osmosis water and 1 liter of tap water to raise the pH level, otherwise the same routine as last week. I'm curious to see how it goes in weeks 5+6, as I always had slight problems during those weeks in my last grows. The leaf tips are slightly burnt, but I'm still giving 2.3 EC and hoping for the best. Only the tough ones stay in the garden.

stutch No signs of deficiency, plant is growing and thriving. Currently, I'm doing nothing except filling up the reservoir every few days, it's almost boring. Let's see if it stays that way.
As soon as the reservoir is empty again, I will switch to the early flower part of my fertilization schedule, until then it will be fine. In a week or two, the under canopy lighting will also be turned on, I'm curious about what that will bring.
28.08. new nutrient solution prepared according to "early flower" scheme, again 21 liters.
29.08. net installed to align the main stem height-wise with the rest and lamp adjusted from 60 to 100%. DLI ~45-65
31.08. properly defoliated on day 42, see pictures

stutch On September 1st, on day 43, I did some serious defoliation, and for the past 1-2 days, the lower light has been on as well. The entire plant is getting light from all sides, and with the higher light output, I've got more temperature in the tent. This, in turn, leads to better VPD values. Next grow, I’ll pay more attention to appropriately increasing the light output + distance and the circulation fan; it would have saved me some headaches over the past weeks. The overall height has decreased since I "bent" the main stem with a net to achieve a flat canopy.
Otherwise, everything is great, the tank is extremely pH stable, and the plant looks very healthy.
September 1st: Defoliated, turned on the undercanopy (level 2/10)
September 3rd: Continued defoliating, somewhat high RLF in the tent (70% during the night phase).
September 4th: Mixed 10 liters of nutrient solution according to the flowering schedule, EC about 2.76.
