Green_Zyphoria And so the new chapter begins! After having to bring our outdoor plans to an early end, Iām beyond excited to launch this indoor selection run with Orange Cream Pop.
For the germination phase, I used the classic paper towel method. All three seeds sprouted reliably and popped out healthy little taproots in no timeā100% germination rate!
Once the roots were ready, all three were carefully transplanted into Plagron Lightmix in small starter pots. They are currently settling into their cozy nursery setup under a soft LED light bar inside a mini propagator to keep humidity nice and stable.
The goal for the coming days is simple: let them break through the soil, open up their first cotyledons, and build up a strong root foundation before we eventually move them into the main tent.
Stay tuned as these three ladies kick off their journey!

Green_Zyphoria Well, Orange Cream Pop had a really strong start, but unfortunately, the heat wave returned right as the first true leaves were developing.
I kept the humidity steady between 60% and 70%, but temperatures pushing over 30°C definitely slowed down their growth and put some stress on them. Roots are already poking through the bottom of the pots, which is a great sign, but the leaves aren't looking quite as picture-perfect as they could. Iām pretty confident itās not a genetic issue, just pure heat stress.
Iām really hoping they pull through and outgrow this phase with the next set of new leaves coming in. After having to cancel my outdoor project, I really canāt take another setback right now... so fingers crossed! š¤
Nice strain choice! Hella Jelly (Notorious THC x Very Cherry) x Orange Creamsicle (Orange Crush x Juicy Fruit) that will add some variety to California Orange and Blueberry. Good luck with your grow!
