Day 1 ok some have been in the ground for a few days and others about 2 weeks, but as far as I’m concerned. It is Day 1 of this attempted outdoor grow in my backyard. Some rooted better than others but all show some new growth happening and we shall see where it goes from here. Updates will hopefully be daily but my gawd I have a lot to juggle at the moment, because these aren’t the only strains I’m attempting. I have 11 clones of 4 different strains going right now
Day 2 gave everyone a bit of B-52 and Blackstrap Molasses since my container was near empty after feeding the tent plants today. Now to see what they do
Day 14 little rain last night and warm consistent weather this week makes my plants happy happy happy. The one is stretching nicely and the other half eaten one looks like it is finally showing signs of growth if ever so little
Day 18 got a little rain last night, and they are responding nicely. Plus it is getting pretty warm with a high humidity too. Will keep an eye if it shows signs of stress, but they’re loving it so far.
Day 24 made a transplant move last night. The 2nd pictured plant was planted in a bed with tomato plants. Started off fine but the tomatoes really took off and were kind of robbing it of light. Had other veggies that were in direct light in another garden bed that weren’t in good health. My mother’s removed them from the bed and I moved the GZ plant over. Should see some good, more compact growth development going forward hopefully
Day 29 the transplanted plant I’m a little worried with because of the soil. I have some corn in there too, and squash before my move in. They just all seem to stunt themselves growing wise. I wonder if my sister included too much trifecta dry mix in there and needs almost a flushing to set things right. I want to yield something big on this strain. My tent grow fished drying and is an awesome sleep aid
Day 32 I made the hard decision and moved the short gal to a flower bed that gets a lot more light. Hopefully I will see some growth happen over the coming days. Lots a few roots while transplanting her over last night but looking good right now.
Day 37 not so sure even after moving her that the first pictured plant will be doing anything. At least the health of the other plant seems to be improving. Stem which was looking pretty red has started to turn a more healthy green and is finally growing upwards again
Day 47 I wonder if the new growth will continue long enough to actually allow it to produce some bud?
Day 48 for sure I think my flowering cycle is beginning. She is stretching good these past few days but no white pistils yet like most of my other outdoor gals
Day 52 good soaking of rain today. Might start using some sort of nutrients in the coming weeks as they start to flower more
Day 56 little fella is still growing, but something might be nibbling on the bigger one and it’s leaves. Gotta keep an eye out just in case
Day 63 needed to add a comment and so here it is. Looking good so far, been getting some rain here and there. Going to see how long I can go before Nutrients are required, as everyone else seems to be doing fine without them so far
Day 70 need to fill my comment section. So I apologize for being a day late with my day 70 pics. Other than that, all seems to be going well. Might start using nutrients in a week or so
Day 86 my sister gave her portion of the garden and mine a watering yesterday and everyone seems to fatter/plumper today. Just have a problem with some of my other plants being low on the ground or hanging over cause my dog seems to like nibbling on my plants. Sleeps at night with no issues though
Day 88 sorry update is a day late but Yesterday’s pics will be included with today’s pics. Although there might not be a Day 90 and for sure no Day 91 update as I will be out of town.
Day 93 Well I finally decided too add some nutrients to the outdoor grow. Using my Green Planet nutrients I had from my first grow in my tent. They seem to work back then and hope they are still viable with today’s watering of everyone outside
Day 94 much better pics for the bigger gal as the corn we were growing fizzled out and was removed
Day 99 decided to water everyone one more time with nutrients. Added some Overdrive to the mix for all my outdoor gals. Some probably need it more than others as I think come next week I might be able to harvest a few of my plants. Plus it is like super hot the past few days and have a little breeze pushing a lovely weed scented breeze out front of the house. Hopefully I don’t attract the wrong type of people to visiting my backyard 😱
Day 100 wow on the overdrive kicking in on everyone outside. Noticeable plumping of my buds when I went to take today’s pictures.
Day 108 hot and muggy as hell today and that resulted in some wicked t-storms and mostly torrential downpours. The single stem looks good but plant #2 took a little bit of a beating on some limbs. Hopefully harvest it this weekend
Day 110 sorry on late update from yesterday. Lots of rain but so far they seem to be doing ok with no signs of rot or mold yet. Might need one more week but might harvest early
Day 111 she ain’t ready yet but I might not have too much of a choice with harvesting her
Sorry it has been a few days since a photo update but they were chopped down today (Oct 11th) I had to take them down before the cooler nights come back and another bought of rain too. Sadly I didn’t take photos of them, but I probably had to toss 10-15g of wet bud because of bud rot. So they have been given a wash and are now hanging up drying in a paper bag.
