Kohoutek Vegi Woche 1 – Honey Dipper 🍯🌱 Topf: 0,5 L Vorzuchttopf Licht: 18/6, ca. 350 PPFD bei 40 cm Abstand Bewässerung: ca. 150 ml/Tag, von oben und unten Die erste Vegi-Woche steht ganz im Zeichen der Wurzelentwicklung. Die Honey Dipper bleibt komplett ungestört und darf ihr Wurzelsystem im kleinen Topf kräftig ausbauen, bevor sie später ins 120-Liter-Beet umzieht. Keine Maßnahmen, kein Training, kein Stress. Einfach wachsen lassen und möglichst viele Wurzeln für den großen Umzug vorbereiten. 🌱

Kohoutek 🍯 Honey Dipper | Veg Week 2 The second week in the 120L bed is over. On September 2nd, the little one moved into the bed. To start, there was about 15L of water with SF nematodes, and Mycorrhiza from Home4Grow was added directly into the planting hole. Two days later, the cover crop mix was added to the bed. At the beginning, there was something that looked like slight light stress to me. As a result, the SG Glow 30 was turned off and remained off for a while. Additionally, I increased the distance of all three SF2000 from the plant. Throughout the week, she slowly recovered and continues to look vital and healthy. 🌱 The second week ends mainly with some light fine-tuning. Now she can continue to establish herself and show what she's got in the 120L bed. 🍯🌿

Kohoutek Honey Dipper – Veg Week 3 🌱 Development & Training In the third week of vegetation, the focus remained on targeted structural development and establishing a stable foundation for the planned 120-liter living soil bed. Training The plant was topped from Node 5 back to Node 3. * Node 2 and Node 3 remain. * The shoots and fan leaves from Node 1 were removed. * The cover crop was lightly trimmed once. Otherwise, it is allowed to develop freely so far. The trimming measures serve to further build the desired plant structure. Watering During the third week of vegetation, the following watering routine was used: * Tap water: Applied from above with a pressure sprayer. * Osmosis water: Every three days, 3 liters were added to the saucer. By combining top watering and water supply through the saucer, the substrate's moisture was maintained. Project Context The Honey Dipper is still in a long-term planned vegetation phase. The goal remains to establish a strong root system and a stable plant structure for the large living soil bed. The cover crop remains part of the organic growing concept and is only lightly regulated in its growth. Outlook for Veg Week 4 The focus is on recovery from the trimming measures, the development of the remaining shoots, and further building a uniform plant structure. The structural development of the Honey Dipper continues. 🌿
