Chucky324 Hello. This is the beginning of my Kush Mints diary.
I've been wanting a minty tasting cannabis plant for a long time.
But could only find the occasional weak minty tasting ones with weak effect too.
I'm hoping this is the one I've been looking for!
My soak water is Revers Osmosis water that I ph adjust. I take 2 cups and...
I add a pinch of cinnamon, it's anti-fungal and has similar properties to cloning gel. I think it helps.
I add 4 drops of 30% Hydrogen Peroxide.
It helps clean the water, adds oxygen to the water and weakens the membrane so the seedling can slip out of it's shell easily.
I put the seeds in paper towels after 24 hours and soak with the soak water.
Not too much water... I show a pic of how much water should be in there, tipped at 45 degrees.
Put back in a warm dark spot and recheck after 24 hours.
Easy Peasy
OK. Have Fun.
Chuck.

Chucky324 Hello. This is the start of the first week for these Kush Mints seedlings.
Yeah... The plants are doing great. They have a good color and no pest marks so far.
They got some 1/2 strength food last watering, with some friendly fungus and microbes in there too.
Doing good so far.
OK. Be Great.
Chuck.

Chucky324 Hello This is the end of week 1 and the beginning of week 2 of veg.
I think this is a 50% indica and 50% sativa strain. I'm seeing plant #3 growing taller with some sativa influence.
The plants are growing well and looking good. They were dry when I opened the tent and got a good drink of 1/2 strength food.
Will be turning up the light this week, to 40%
OK Be Great.
Chuck.

Chucky324 Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering.
The plants are doing good. They are getting 1/2 strength food with every waterings.
There's one shorter plant and one taller plant and one in between.
I'm hoping the taller one won't get more space/inches between leaf sets.
I think I'll go up a pot size and top these girls this week to make more branches growing up.
There's a bit of a sour-ish skunky smell when I open the tent these days.
OK Have Fun.
Chuck.

Chucky324 Hello This is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of veg. I forgot this weeks video.
They got wilty dry 2 times in a row between waterings, I was busy, so they are killing off some of their own leaves so they won't transpire so much.
They were all topped too, to make more tops to slow it upward growth.
I've got the light turned up to almost 40% now which contributed to them drying out faster..
I repotted last week, so they won't dry out so fast, for awhile anyway.
OK Be Cool.
Chuck.

Chucky324 Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of veg.
The plants are growing good, now that they are over their topping and repotting shock.
Man that tallest plant has 5 to 7 inches between leaf sets. That's a lot for indoors. I'll do my best with the training I know to slow here down.
Got for free a 240 insulated wine cabinet. The cooling motor sat up top that's why there's a hole there.
I'll put 3 thermoelectric motors in that area to cool and a small dehumidifier in the bottom to take out the extra moisture. Winter project..
There's a video on You Tube that I'll follow.
I was in the grow store looking for the frequency altered water I use on the powdery mildew... and they were out of it.
The clerk suggested this product saying it's the product all growers have been waiting for.
It's safe to use, and will get rid of all pests and mold and fungus.
So I've been using it this last week and it's working great out in the greenhouse.
The owner of Safer Soap Insecticidal Co sold his Co. and did some research and now has started a new Co with this product.
Check out the web site for more info about it.
I like that they use essential oils.
OK Have Fun. Chuck.
