Aircoholic It feels wonderful to be back in the grow room after a little summer break.
Auto Skywalker Haze is actually the first Haze I'm growing - for reasons I'm not super clear on, I felt some sort of craving for a haze and when visiting Mary Jane in Berlin this summer, I stopped by the Dutch Passion booth, had a great conversation about homegrowing and got recommended this cultivar. Not only my fist Haze, also my first seed from Dutch Passion - let's see how it goes, I've heard a lot of positive things.

Aircoholic She was the first of the 3 seeds I've popped to germinate, and she looks great so far - quick development, no hesitation, no issues whatsoever, just a very healthy looking plant. Fingers crossed, it'll stay that way!

Aircoholic Overall a great start, she looks very lush green and healthy, her 3rd node already visible.
I've been paying more attention to the light intensity and so far it seems to pay off. The PPFD is around 400 right now, and I'm starting to debate in my head if I should top her, or not.

Aircoholic She got into training camp on day 18; on day 21 she already looks healthy and recovered. She's growing laterally, like I hoped she would after topping.
The light intensitiy has been adjusted to 650 PPFD, which is on the higher side of the veg state she's in, and also considering the topping happened only a few days ago. Let's see how she handles all those photons.

Aircoholic Her reaction towards topping is super nice - she's showing strong lateral growth of all branches, which makes LST pretty easy so far.
She also had a few days of light and drought stress, although not quite as strong, since she's not so tall yet, and she's reacted pretty well to it, no clawing, no jagged leafs, no signs of stress.
Only downside of her lateral growth is, that there's a lot of condensation from the leafs transpiring, yet overlapping - hope she'll stretch soon, so I don't have to dry her leafs every day anymore.

Aircoholic She's growing, slowly, showing some early flowering signs, but she doesn't seem to be in a hurry. The only downside so far is, that a lot of leafs overlap and create water from transpiration, which is a bit of a mold risk. This should get a lot better when she starts to stretch out really good.
And apart from her chilled growing pace, I'm fascinated by how bushy she gets already. Quite a reaction to topping her.

Aircoholic Slow and bushy. She's stretching in sloth speed, while producing more leafs than she has room for. Since the condensation from overlapping leafs is getting a bit much, I'll defoliate her a little.
I'll call, what she's doing there, with the new growth and pistills and all, the beginning of flowering.
Other than that, she's doing absolutely fine, growing beautifully and yeah, very bushy 😉
