Tmtds 🌱 Grow Report #2 — Frost Banger Auto & Friends After the first grow, which gave me enough experience and understanding of how I want to manage the plants, I decided to start the second cycle — with a slightly different approach and a new level of control. 🚀 The start was far from ideal 😅 A few seeds couldn't develop properly: some stopped during the germination stage, while others sprouted but almost immediately halted their growth. In the end, after all these ups and downs, the current team in the box consists of four plants: 🌱 #1 — Frost Banger Auto — Fast Buds 🌱 #2 — Amnesia Gold — Pyramid Seeds 🌱 #3 — Auto Scout Cookies — IZI Seeds 🌱 #4 — Frost Banger Auto — Fast Buds 🌱 Germination Timeline Seed #1 — Plant #1 - Frost Banger Auto, Fast Buds Soaked: August 3. The root appeared around **August 4**, within the first 24 hours. ? Successfully — this is the current plant #1. Seed #2 — Frost Banger Auto, Fast Buds Soaked: August 3. The root developed more slowly and was eventually planted in the substrate. 🔴 Later died. Seed #3 — Frost Banger Auto, Fast Buds Soaked: August 3. On August 6, the root just broke through and hardly developed. 🔴 Later died. Seed #4 — Gorilla Cookies Soaked: August 7. Successfully sprouted and emerged, but developed more slowly than the others. 🔴 Later died. Seed #5 - Plant #2 — Amnesia Gold, Pyramid Seeds Soaked: August 15 at 11:00 PM. On August 17, a root about 0.5 cm long appeared, after which the seed was planted. ? Successfully — this is the current plant #2. Seed #6 - Plant #3 — Auto Scout Cookies, IZI Seeds Soaked: August 15 at 11:00 PM. On August 17, a root about 1 cm long appeared, after which the seed was planted. ? Successfully — this is the current plant #3. Seed #7 - Plant #4 — Frost Banger Auto, Fast Buds Soaked: August 17 at 7:30 PM in warm water with a weak Phytostart solution. After about a day in the water, the seed was moved to a damp paper towel in a container. About a day later, **August 19**, a small root appeared, after which the seed was planted in the substrate. ? Successfully — this is the current plant #4. Thus, the current quartet formed after several consecutive germination attempts. Because of this, the plants have different ages and different starting histories. The peculiarity of this start is that the plants have different ages and completely different emergence stories. The first plant has already gone through the first two weeks of life, while the others joined the cycle gradually — after several unsuccessful attempts with seeds. Therefore, this report will be less about a perfectly even cycle and more about a real grow with all its successes, mistakes, and unexpected turns. 🌿 At the same time, this time I added another important element to the system — a new Spider Farmer controller and a Spider Farmer soil sensor. Now, in addition to temperature, humidity, VPD, and PPFD, I will also be able to monitor the condition of the substrate and gradually make watering decisions not only based on the appearance of the plants but also on the sensor readings. 📊 There probably won't be as many photos in this report as I'd like. But I will try to document the development timeline of each plant, the climate, nutrition, watering, and all interesting moments throughout the cycle as thoroughly as possible.
