I heard from them today that there's a global issue today with uploading not just on the app so that's why I grow diaries said earlier. I had mentioned a comment on their blog post about the app being up.

Can have various causes. Usually, it's one of the following:
- Permissions in your browser (check under settings to see if you're blocking something)
- Size of your photos/videos
- Format is not supported
