ellioschka Cuttings arrived within a day via Overnight Express from MannyT. Really beautiful plants, healthy as can be with great white roots! 👌 Freshly arrived, they got to rest a bit on the windowsill in the sun and then were placed in the育种 tent. 30W light for 2 days to help with transport stress, then 100W from the spider farmer. 😊 After that, they were repotted into 1L net pots filled with EuroPebbles. The clay pebbles were rinsed and primed with enough Alpine Nutrients 3-Part nutrient solution beforehand. (3-Part nutrient schedule for hydroponics, weeks 1-2 Roots. pH set to 5.7 with sulfuric acid) To ensure the pebbles were well-rooted, care was taken to let them dry out a bit before watering again. Twice a day, additional foliar application of the same watering solution via spray bottle. ellioschka The Lemon-Cherry-Mintz cuttings from Manny are developing splendidly and filling their pots with white roots. They have gratefully accepted the nutrient schedule for week 3+ of vegetation and are now diligently growing. Side shoots and height are about the same as the other strains, except for the Ice Cream Runtz. 👻 They are watered and sprayed 2 to 3 times a day. The plants are eager to get started, so the move is just around the corner. Next week, they’re heading into the aeroponics system. To take advantage of the transplant stress again, I’ll probably top them at the same time. 😇

ellioschka The Lemon Cherry Mintz ladies are slowly recovering from their stress (shame on me). 😐 Just one day in the big aeroponic pots and they already seem to feel much better. The roots are growing out cleanly and are bright white. The spray duration has been increased by 2 seconds. Drainage amount and root development are being monitored, with intervals and duration adjusted accordingly. 440nm blue light (55W) is now running continuously. Soon, the strongest shoots will be selected and the main shoot topped. 😷

ellioschka The Lemon Cherry Mintz ladies are doing excellently. They are growing diligently in height as well as in width. The topping from the beginning of the week has been well endured and they are already pushing out again. The growth height is relatively normal, not particularly high, not particularly wide. 😊 VPD target range has been adjusted, just like the spray and drying interval. The roots and their tips are still snow white, just as it should be. 💪 This week the ScrOG net will be added and then it will be filled up as much as it can. Probably T -2 weeks until the flowering initiation. 😃

ellioschka So much has happened in just 7 days! Comparing the photos from last week, you can see how quickly and robustly the root growth of our favorite plant is. The older roots have taken on a rich iron or rust-red hue, just like the nutrient solution the girls are drinking. 😉 It's also hard to miss that they have now reached the ScrOG net and are being diligently woven in every day. The spray times had to be adjusted twice, just like the light intensity, to meet the increased water needs of the girls. Overall, the plants look very vibrant and are growing strong, just as you would expect from a decent selection. 😎 The space for each one in the net is getting tight, so it's settled: we'll switch to 12/12 at the beginning of next week. 🙏 I can’t wait!
