Hi, i'm growing the same strain at the moment and i hope you don't mind me making a couple of observations that might hopefully help. Your day time temperature and humidity seem okay but 64F night temperature is a bit on the cool side. You might want to try keeping it between 68F-72F at night, as growth slows considerably for a young plant at 64F. Also, if your night humidity is also at 70%, that's probably a bit too high. I'd aim for 60-66% at night. And I think that watering every day to 30% runoff is a bit on the heavy side and is contributing to the slow growth and powedery mildew.
