GreenHobbit Cream Caramel Sweet start for the Cream Caramel. 🍬💚 Cream Caramel has pushed up nicely and developed a long, partly reddish/purplish stem. Up top, things are looking really good: cotyledons opened, first true leaf pair present, and new growth in the middle. The extra stem length doesn’t bother me – a few centimeters will disappear underground anyway when repotting. 😏

GreenHobbit 🌱 Cream Caramel – Vegetative Week 1 Sweet Seeds | The Green Nine – Oldschool Edition The first week of veg is done and my Cream Caramel is developing beautifully! 💚😎 After initially shooting up quite a bit, it seems she has now realized that she needs not just a long neck but also some decent leaves. 🤣🌱 On October 8th, she was still a rather delicate little plant with a long, reddish-purple stem and the first proper leaf pairs. But a lot has happened in the following six days! The fan leaves have grown significantly larger, the next leaf pairs are pushing out strongly, and the spaces between the new nodes are much shorter. I particularly love the rich green of the older leaves and the fresh, light green growth at the top. On October 14th, we had the next photo session. The difference from the previous pictures was quite noticeable. The little one has built up a good amount of leaf mass and looks overall healthy and lively. 😍 Current setup: * 🏕️ Spider Farmer 70 × 70 × 160 cm * 💡 Spider Farmer SE1500 at 34% * 📏 Light distance: 40 cm * 🌡️ Temperature: 18–25 °C * 💦 Humidity: 65% * 💧 pH: 6.0–6.3 * 🌱 Floragard Growmix in the seedling pot I will fertilize later with my tried-and-true Hesi lineup. Currently, she is still in her little seedling pot. The next step will be transplanting into a 1-liter pot before moving to the big grow room later. My conclusion: The Cream Caramel has made a really nice developmental leap. The initially long stem is still there, but it doesn't bother me too much. When transplanting, I'll just plant her a bit deeper. 😏 So far, no noticeable deficiency symptoms or other issues. I'm really pleased with the leaf development and I'm curious to see how this old-school genetics performs in the coming weeks. Veg week 1 – underway! 🌱💚😎
