kaeba The soil is a mix of coconut, perlite, and old soil. As you will see in the coming weeks, there were definitely some initial difficulties because of this, but once I repotted them into the sunny soil, they bounced back.

kaeba The first problems are showing up. Yellow leaves, growth has almost stopped. It was repotted into a slightly larger pot since the roots were already coming out from the bottom.

kaeba Growth is basically stalled, leaves feel "dry" and stiff. In a week, it should go into the new soil. Originally, a different soil was intended for this, which I also used in the parallel grow, but I found that it was really inadequate, so I ordered another one from Sonnenerde - as soon as it arrives, the little one will be repotted.

kaeba The new soil is here - just the feel in my hand from the texture is much better than with the other soil. Already after a few days, the color of the leaves improved and the growth started to pick up again.

kaeba I bent it slightly to the side, but I won't apply much training except for topping it once, since the other plant in the tent is already significantly taller.
kaeba Once topped, otherwise watered with regular tap water. There's also a little comparison picture with the sister plant - you can see what the difference in soil can make.

kaeba It's continuing to develop well, the growth is strong and the color of the leaves is a deep green - no longer the pale yellowish green from the beginning.

kaeba Since I just want to get the other plant out of the tent and I only have one tent, I'm switching to 12-12. I also found it interesting not to train this plant except for topping it once, compared to the other one in the tent, to see what effects that has on its growth.

kaeba Buds are developing slowly. I'm trying to remove popcorn buds as soon as they start to develop, if possible.
kaeba I attached a small washer to a string on the lamp to better maintain the 30cm distance without having to measure.

kaeba The summer took a toll on the plants a bit - unfortunately, I didn't have automatic watering and was at work during the day. They still handled it well, though.

kaeba The buds are getting denser and denser. The pistils are already turning yellow/brown, but it will still take a while for the rest of the plant to be ready.

kaeba Here are both plants compared again. The Wifi OG is on the left, and the Wedding Cake is on the right in a different soil. The Wifi OG handles the heat much better in the sun soil than the other plant.

kaeba One more week, then it will be harvested. :)
It has done great against heat and dryness. Despite the partly ridiculously dry soil due to the heat and my work-related absence during the day, it hardly fox-tailed or had any other problems. Buds are firm, and after drying and curing, they smell very resinous, almost like a pine forest. I'm very satisfied with the result.

kaeba Harvest time :D The harvest was dried in the wine fridge at 60/60 for two weeks and is currently still curing.
@StacknTrack420, If you mean the green algae on the perlite - that's because I reused old perlite that had gotten quite waterlogged during storage, but I let it dry out completely for weeks/months before using it :) But thanks for the hint!
@kaeba yes okay that makes sense. No worries, jus wanted to help ya in case maybe you didn't know or some. All good tho I like to help when I see stuff that I can with lol sorry
