Germination

Yamiii Fresh start in my 90x90 tent. I disinfected the whole tent, installed a new carbon filter, and put feminized Surf Wax from Umami Seeds straight into Sonnenerde seed starting mix, watered with a mycorrhiza solution. All 4 seeds have popped.

Yamiii Week 1 – Transplant ✅ All 4 have 2 nodes, 3rd coming. Humidity steady at 65-70 % with the humidifier, PPFD 150-200, 18/6. Slight droop midweek from overwatering, dried out and recovered. Transplanted straight from 1 L into 26 L fabric pots with Sonnenerde Bio Hanferde, plus mycorrhiza, Rhizotonic and some seedling soil around the roots. Planted deep because of stretch. Root balls crumbled a bit, but all stand strong. Watered in with 300 ml each. 3 same strain, 1 different (top left, flat leaves). Water only for now, next up recovery and slowly raising PPFD to ~250. 🌱

Yamiii Week 2 – Recovery & Growth 🌿 All 4 bounced back from the transplant and are growing fast. 3-4 nodes now, darker green and nicely compact. One plant got some yellow spots on its first leaves (biggest root ball, lost the most roots), but new growth is clean. Small droop midweek from overwatering, fixed by letting the soil dry out. PPFD raised to 250-300 and climbing, humidity down to 60-65 %, 18/6. New carbon filter installed. The living soil smells like a forest, soil life is working. Still water only. Next up: PPFD to ~400-450 and topping/LST at 5-6 nodes. 🌱
