At about 3 weeks before harvest, I'd keep it very light. Heavy trimming now stresses the plant and can slow the final swell, and bud sites that haven't had light for weeks won't catch up much anyway. If you want to do something, remove only the big fan leaves that directly shade a bud site, plus any dead or yellow leaves at the bottom, and do it once. Don't strip the plant bare, the remaining leaves still feed the buds. Better options: gently tie or bend branches so the lower buds get light, or lower the lamp's height a bit. The bright yellow tips at the top look like light stress, so check the distance to the light, and keep an eye on the humidity around the buds.
